Hotel con vista gem
Pros:

Il ragazzo della reception è stato molto gentile, ci ha aspettato fin dopo la mezzanotte perché il nostro bus era in ritardo.
Le camere sono spaziose, accoglienti e pulite.
La signora ci ha portato una buona colazione e ci ha dato indicazioni per raggiungere il gem a piedi: sono 10 minuti di camminata ma bisogna stare attenti ad attraversare la strada perché è pericolosa, valutate se chiamare un taxi.

La zona intorno all'hotel non è il massimo, ma è comunque molto vicina al gem

الموقع ممتاز جدا قريب جدا من متحف الحضارات المصري الغرفة مريحة جدا ونظيفة وكأنك قاعد في بيتك ،،، الفطور متنوع ولذيذ جدا جدا من يد الشيف هويدا . شكر خاص جدا للاستاذ الجابري والأستاذة هويدا شخصية فريدة من نوعها ومخلصة ف شغلها وأساس الفندق 🌹🌹🌹 . ولكل طاقم الفندق .

الفندق سيء جدا المكان صعب الوصول له بعد الوصول كانت الغرفه غير جاهزه وكانت الساعه 4 العصر استاذ محمود حاول يحل المشكله بس للاسف الغرفه الكانت محجوزه كانت غير متوفره وحاولوا توفير غرفه أخرى وكانت بحمام مشترك وتم إلغاء الحجز لا انصح بالفندق

Pros:

The room was lovely, nice and big for all 3 of us cases and all. Even gave us a heater as we were a bit cold in the evening. The lady who did the cleaning was excellent. She tried her best to understand what we was saying.

Cons:

It took us nearly 2 hours to find the hotel. The name on Your website isn't the name which is under. If it wasn't for our Uber driver staying with us, I don't know how it would have worked out. Poor communication between us and the staff, we had to wait nearly 2 hours for the food we order with the morning staff, but we had to wait for the afternoon staff to start before anything was ordered, no one informed us what was going. It was not good at all. Don't like giving you back your change unless you keep asking them for it. It's not

good practice.😠

مكاننن جميل وانصح فيه للي يبون يوفرون ويردون فندق نضيف جداً يضاهي فنادق ال 5 نجوم وبنفس الوكت رخيص على قد النوم

سعر الفندق والعاملين فيه خدومين جداً ومتعاونين ويعملون اي شي انتَ عايزه بدون طلب اي اجور اضافيه
