Pros:

La vue sur la mer. Le déjeuner en bord de plage.

Cons:

L'odeur des eaux usées dans la chambre et salle de bains.
Le bruit pour les chambres au rdc à côté de la salle des repas.
La literie peu confortable.
Manque de produits de douche.
Petit déjeuner médiocre.

Perfect location, friendly staff, good value for money
Pros:

Very friendly people, great atmosphere, amazing location right where the long beach starts (I liked that it was a bit more quiet), very good beach restaurant, amazing value overall. Our room had garden view and we saw some of the most spectacular sunsets from there, but I think the rooms with sea view would be an even better choice (as it's right on the beach).

Cons:

The rooms could use some updating, especially the shower, but I would still recommend the hotel for all the other facilities and location

Highly recommended if you prefer a great hospitality and a brautiful beach. The bed was comfortable, the view incredible
Pros:

Great location, best part on the beach, friendly and always helpful staff, good restaurant and bar facing the sandy beach

Cons:

Some more renovation could be done and the bathroom should be bigger. Lack of lockable cabinet and shower gel

Le personne était très très gentil ainsi que les restaurant qui était très bon

colazione solo salata neanche un dolce decente solo una specie di ciambellone comprato dal supermercato

L’emplacement est idéal ,le petit déjeuner

Cons:

L’hygiène est à revoir que ce soit les chambres mais également la literie. Les femmes de ménage sont désagréables et réveillent les occupants à coup de poing dans la porte pour un « ménage » quasi nul.

If some investment is done concerning cleanness and some facilities, the hotel can be perfect in its niche.
Pros:

The beachfront, sandy beach, good location.

Cons:

Cleanness was terrible, gray towels, dots on bedsheets. Even we met some cockroaches in the room. Breakfast was so-so, everyday same menue. Could be differentiated.

Cons:

Отель очень старый, неухоженный и нечистый. Полотенца в номерах серые. У нас в номере в первый день не работал бачок слива унитаза. Территория не ухоженная, имущество в отеле старое.

Готель насправді має великий потенціал але школа що власник та його персонал не вміють все допрацювати, тобто є дуже баг
Pros:

Привіт, мені сподобався номер, але не дуже комфортно, коли дверці в душ з усіх сторін є скляні і це трохи було незручно перебувати разом із 14 -річним сином

Cons:

Нам наприклад було дуже дивно, що потрібно було ще платити окремо не малі гроші за лежаки, які належали до готелі …і ще дуже малий вибір був на сніданок, завжди одне і теж саме і ще вибачте, було досить брудно, тобто їжа була не завжди свіжою і була в брудному посуді …

Migliorabile
Pros:

La posizione è ottima e strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle della zona, che si trovano a circa 8-10 minuti di macchina dall’hotel. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente il fatto che l’hotel affacci direttamente sul mare, con il mare proprio sotto la struttura, e disponga anche di un proprio stabilimento balneare, molto bello e ben organizzato. Molto bello anche il ristorante della struttura.

La camera è molto spaziosa, dotata di terrazzino privato, bagno con WC e doccia e un piccolo lavandino. La pulizia della camera è nel complesso abbastanza buona. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni tre giorni, mentre le lenzuola non vengono cambiate durante il soggiorno: viene semplicemente rifatto il letto.

Cons:

Abbiamo notato poca attenzione da parte della reception nei confronti degli ospiti in entrata e in uscita. Diverse volte il receptionist non era presente dietro al bancone oppure era distratto al computer, anche intento a giocare, dando l’impressione di prestare poca attenzione a chi arrivava o aveva bisogno di assistenza.

Anche la cura e la pulizia degli spazi comuni lasciano un po’ a desiderare. Capita di trovare oggetti e attrezzature utilizzati per la pulizia lasciati in giro.

Particolarmente negativa l’esperienza nel bagno comune sotto la hall: non essendo possibile gettare la carta direttamente nel WC, il cestino dovrebbe essere svuotato molto frequentemente. Invece ci è capitato di trovarlo pieno di carta e rifiuti, anche con evidenti tracce di feci e sangue. Una situazione decisamente poco igienica e spiacevole, soprattutto per chi ha necessità di utilizzare il bagno.

La colazione è stata invece la vera nota dolente: a dir poco pessima. Nonostante ci fosse una certa varietà di prodotti, la qualità era davvero molto scarsa. Infatti, durante il soggiorno abbiamo quasi sempre preferito fare colazione fuori oppure ci siamo dovuti accontentare di mangiare qualcosa velocemente, giusto per non rimanere a digiuno e aspettare di poter andare in un bar.

Non abbiamo invece usufruito del ristorante per la cena, quindi non possiamo esprimere un giudizio in merito.
