Everything was good
There was a lady who was rude, almost got me cried. But Ayman the manager apologized sincerely and solved the problem

the hotel blocked my number and the driver who was going to pick me up at the airport didn't pick me up and I was very upset about that. scammers

The view from the room and the roof was amazing. I was in room 301.
The bathroom is too tight. There was no room service whatsoever and the area is really ugly. Some people complained about not getting a room with a pyramid view as they were promised. Probably only the 3rd floor has a view.
The view and the room are great but...
The staff are very unprofessional and tricky. They took money and I booked a tour with a tour guide at 9 AM but almost 9AM on that day. They just told that they don't have a tour guide anymore and when I booked a airport pickup service at 5 AM. I arrived at the counter there was no one there. I finally booked uber myself otherwise I would be missed the flight. I texted them about the money. No one answered me anymore about the money 25 USD for airport pickup service. Shame on them , Be careful to stay in this hotel and I will never ever recommend to anyone anymore. Hope you enjoy with the money which is not belong to you : )
The place is nice we have stayed there for few days. Ayman was super cool and all the other staff was friendly. Place is located very close to the pyramids and you have a very nice view when having your breakfast. Highly recommended. They have nice tours and come pick you up from the airport for a small fee so you don't have to bother to actually find a taxi

Very good view. But didn’t like the breakfast. Was poor quality. Also the people on the terrace were really loud, listening to music, yelling to each other and laughing. The guy served me the food threw some trash down to the street right in front of me. Good rooms though.

Perfect position for visiting Giza Pyramids, we loved the view from the terrace and our room.
Ayman was super helpful throughout our stay.
An amazing day in a wonderful hostel . I had a good room with great view to the pyramids . Also the breakfast was delicious and the staff are helpful. I am really grateful for them specially Ayman.

We loved everything, but the highlights goes for the people from the hotel always available for our needs and super helpful! The people from the hotel are the most nice people in all Egypt! If you go to Giza you must stay in Secret of pyramids, you won't regret for sure!
