Es war eine wunderschöne Auszeit
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Nova Moments Hotel war wunderschön. Wir wurden direkt sehr nett empfangen mit einem Glas Sekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und der Ausblick auf die Berge einfach atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war super lecker von allem etwas dabei - der Kuchen war ein Traum. Vom Service bis hin zum Spa war alles perfekt. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, direkt an einer Loipe. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend und es ist alles hell und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und beim Frühstück bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Sehr schöner Spa Bereich, vor allem auch sehr sauber. Sehr moderne Ausstattung und liebe Gastgeber.
Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Rooms and wellness area are great and so is the breakfast! The overall experience was nice.
Pros:

exceptional breakfast, neat and cosy rooms, lovely sauna and pool area

Cons:

the lady at the reception was kinda reserved and not very pro-active. Eg: Due to an accident we arrived 3 hours later and couldn‘t use the wellness area as long as initially planned. We asked if we could use it the next day after check out for another 2 hours but she wanted to charge us extra. (the room was almost 300 EUR / night).

Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ambiente, für 100% Wohlfühlgarantie, sehr nette Menschen, die da arbeiten und Sorge für das Wohl der Gäste sorgen. Toller SPA und Wellness Bereich. An einem sehr schönen Ort am Achensee, alles ist super zu erreichen. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, lecker und reichlich.

Excellent romantic stay, in a beautiful location.
Pros:

SPA facilities were unbelievably good, great breakfast, staff were lovely and the facilities at the hotel and I. The rooms were excellent overall. Place was kept very clean and it was a welcoming homely place to be in.

Cons:

Only niggles, and these are very small niggles are that I found the room to be. A little too hot at times, so had to keep the door open at night (which was fine) and the mattress was fine, but I'd expect a slightly more luxurious one a a place like this. Very small niggles though. Overall it was great.
