A room facing the pyramids and people who made our trip better
Pros:

The highlight of our stay was being upgraded to a room facing the pyramids! It was such a wonderful surprise. The room was comfortable and clean, and the kindness of the people here made the stay even more memorable.

We originally booked a night before our trip to Luxor and another for when we returned. The front desk kindly offered to store our luggage while we were away, but we decided to keep the room for the week so we could leave our things unpacked and organized.

The hotel arranged our airport pickup, and Mustafa waited nearly 30 minutes while we made our way through the crowded customs area. From day one, he was attentive and wanted us to feel comfortable. The staff checked whether we needed our room cleaned or anything else, and when it was time to return to the airport, our ride was ready on time.

The food was amazing! We had chicken, kofta, rice, bread, and fries, followed by a generous and delicious breakfast the next morning. Thank you to the front desk team, the staff who brought food to the rooftop and helped with our luggage, and our driver. You made our time in Giza so much better.

A tip for other visitors to Egypt: arranging a private driver ahead of time can make getting around much less stressful.

Tutto. Mohamed gentilissimo e tutti i ragazzi che lavorano con lui. Uno dei pochissimi hotel che è davvero di fronte alle piramidi, inoltre li potete contattare per le escursioni, disponibilissimi e flessibili a seconda delle esigenze.

Die Lage ist wirklich so, wie auf den Fotos. Man ist direkt in der ersten Reihe auf der Dachterrasse bei den Pyramiden. Frühstück wird dort serviert. Das ganze Team war immer super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten über das Hotel einen Shuttle Service zum Flughafen und zum Museum buchen, alles ohne Probleme und sehr zuverlässig. Getränke und Essen kann man an der Rezeption bestellen. Wenn wir nächstes Mal wieder vor Ort sind, werden wir das Hotel wieder buchen!

ピラミッドの入り口に近い眺めだけはいいホテル

立地は最高

Cons:

麦わら帽子が見つからず、何処で無くしたのか分からなかったが、ホテルのフロントの奥に私の麦わら帽子と同じものを見つけて、フロントに訪ねたが、『妻の帽子だ』と言われてしまった。
日本のバーニーズで買ったものだから、こちらでは手に入らないものだと思うんだけど、、、
更に、ジャグジーにお湯を入れたら、髪の毛が浮いてくるし、ルームサービスでピザとBBQセットを頼んだら冷えていて、出来たてとは思えなかった。

Excelente ubicación y servicio del personal
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, literalmente está en frente a las Pirámides, la terraza del restaurante está con una vista maravillosa. Mi habitación tenía una vista total a las Pirámides. Todo el personal es maravilloso en especial Mohamed, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos y más. Sino estás buscando lujo pero si excelente servicio y magnífica ubicación es un lugar 100% recomendado.

la posizione dell'hotel con vista piramidi è impagabile, molto pulito, il personale è disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. l'hotel si trova in una stradina chiusa ma vicino puoi mangiare e comprare qualsiasi cosa. l'hotel non si trova al centro di giza ma basta uscire aspettare un taxi per andare dove vuoi. Nei negozietti contrattare sempre il prezzo. Hotel non adatto per chi è disabile ci sono solo scale non esiste l'ascensore.

Très bien placé...et tout près des entrées pour visiter les pyramides.
De la terrasse de l'hôtel, une vue imprenable sur les 3 pyramides ! Idem pour certaines chambres.
Pas si facile de trouver l'hôtel mais une fois atteint, on passe un très bon moment.
Côté chambre, nous avions pris une familiale avec vue pyramides.
Côté staff, parfait, rien à redire. Ils sont au petit soin.
Côté restaurant, il y a le petit déjeuner compris selon certaines formules, bien copieux.
Côté dîner, il faut commander auprès du staff et la nourriture vient entre 30 et 45 minutes d'attente, car l'hôtel ne fait pas directement restaurant, c'est un service extérieur. Côté alcool, bières possible. Pour le vin, c'est possible mais assez cher, près de $40 la bouteille.
