Pros:

服務態度親切、環境乾淨.

Cons:

整晚的溫泉水出水小又溫度過冷不熱因太累沒去跟櫃檯反映此事.空調也不太冷、洗沐精衹剩一點可用.

1.有準備洗手乳，但請勤加補充
2.櫃員態度不錯
3.房間的格局很微妙，洗手台在床的旁邊

Cons:

1.位置離新北投捷運站有幾百公尺的上坡路，公車有市民小巴2號可以搭但是班次很少
2.找不到適合的地方放行李，不放衣櫃裡、椅子上就只能放地上，放椅子上的話就沒法坐著吃東西
3.房間空調不能自己調整溫度
4.房間有股味道，清潔度細節上仍待加強

Cons:

房間溫泉池出水時大時小，放滿7分滿的水要等30-40分鐘….
沐浴乳/洗髮精給的很廉價，洗完皮膚超乾癢。
房間冷氣不夠冷而且風扇噪音超大。

Nice, quiet location. Room and bathroom had a good size

Cons:

The floor of the room was not cleaned. There was a lot of hair on the floor and trash under the bed.
The water of the hot tub seemed like regular hot water, not sure if it's actually from the hot springs.
