Excellent hotel - staff spoke English and were incredibly attentive and helpful.
The hot spring water and bath in our room was an incredible feature we have never seen before! It was sectioned off very nicely so steam could not enter the room. We are 2 westerners and we're pleasantly suprised when there was more than enough room for both of us.
Coffee machine which serves cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolate and tea available 24/7. Also, snacks and treats available in the lobby.
Short walk to the Beitou Museum and Highlife. Also, easy to catch the bus to Yangminshan National Park.

Cons:

Air conditioning is controlled centrally, so you can change the temperature, but you need to ring the lobby to ask them to do so for you. Not too much of an issue as there was a phone in the room.
