Very kind staff and helpful with logistics, they even gave us a 10% off restaurant voucher!

Pros:

Very nice family holiday. All family enjoyed it! Spacious and clean 3 bedroom flat with full kitchen and large balcony.
Would love to come back!
Only one downside- could not buy dishwasher tablets anywhere in Paje😄

Zeker aan te bevelen!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay!! Even though we arrived earlier than the agreed check-in time, this was no problem at all. We were given towels and our luggage was stored safely so we could relax by the pool. The room was excellent, with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was already on when we arrived.


The security staff were very friendly and always had time for a chat. They also helped us whenever no one from reception was around. Once again, thank you so much for your help when Sammy became seriously ill and had to be admitted to the hospital. You all showed so much care and support. That gave us a really good feeling and a lot of trust.

The location of the complex is excellent – the peace and quiet combined with the beautiful pool. We also want to thank Ainot (hopefully we spelled it correctly) and the gentleman from reception!

Cons:

A small tip: the mattresses are a bit on the firm side. Perhaps adding a topper would make them more comfortable.

It was great
Pros:

I liked the property the finishing used is very stunning and very comfortable.The staff is always available for any assistance needed. Einot was very welcoming on my first day. And in general all the staff members were very professional and very helpful and made my stay enjoyable
I will go back again with my friends

Complexe bien situé, très belle piscine

Le standing du complexe et la piscine exceptionnelle.
Très bien situé à Paje (dans une rue très commerçante, beaucoup de bons restaurants, distributeur banque.

Cons:

Le problème dans cet établissement c’est qu’il n’y a pas de restaurant, il propose un « petit déjeuner » très limité. Temps d’attente très long pour avoir son petit déjeuner.

Ménage pas fait, il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois, et attendre une heure à l’accueil pour que le ménage soit fait. Quand on paye un service de qualité dans ce genre d’endroit, il faut que tout soit parfait. Je voyage beaucoup je n’avais jamais rencontré ce problème.

Beaucoup d’axe à améliorer mais le personnel n’est pas réactif. Donc un peu mitigé.
