Amazing Staff
Pros:

A big part of our rating goes to the staff – they truly made our stay special. Every team member, from the reception desk to the breakfast and bar staff, was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
We arrived around 10 a.m., fully expecting to leave our luggage, grab a coffee, and explore the city until check-in time. To our surprise, our room was already available, and we were checked in immediately, which was greatly appreciated after our journey.
The room was large, comfortable, and spacious, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver in Cartagena's heat. Every time we entered or left the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who consistently made us feel welcome.
Breakfast was more than sufficient, with a good variety of options to start the day.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, thanks largely to the team at OZ Hotel Cartagena. We would happily stay here again.

Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy muy queridas, intentan resolver las dudas o stuaciones que se presenten con tranquilidad, eficiencia y mucha amabilidad. Todas las dudas que tuvimos nos las contestaron y nos plantearon diferentes opciones para que estuviéramos lo mas cómodos posible.
El desayuno nos pareció delicioso, muy completo (solo nos parecería bueno que hubiera unos cuantos saleros mas)
Nos gustó mucho la decoración del hotel, las habitaciones super limpias y cómodas

Hotel perfeito! O que mais gostamos foi a receptividade que tivemos desde o momento em que chegamos. Mesmo sendo estrangeiros, fomos tratados com muito respeito e cordialidade. Diferente de outros hotéis, os serviços prestados superaram nossas expectativas, desde o auxílio com as malas até o quarto, o coquetel de boas-vindas e também o mimo oferecido na saída. Em todos os momentos, a equipe nos atendeu com muita rapidez, atenção e profissionalismo. Recomendo sem dúvidas!

Gostei de tudo única coisa que senti falta foram coisas no café da manhã, minha esposa não gosta muito de ovo se tivesse outras opções seria um plus, mas no geral não temos o que reclamar.
