This is my first experience through book the hotel from booking.com
Pros:

Nothing is good I feel bad impression about booking.com why you deal with this type of the shit hotels

Cons:

Hotel rooms and staff is very bad , no drinking water no clean room , even not clean the bedsheets bad smells in room

Pros:

The hotel is located among residential property with most of the eateries within one kilometer in J P Nagar 2nd Phase. Staff and hotel manager were friendly and accommodative

Rude staff! bad experience!
Pros:

not much. just the location is ok

Cons:

the older man that works at reception is very rude! he treated me badly and talked to me as if he didn't want me to be in the hotel. He was always rude to me, even they knocked on my door several times before the check out. The staff talked very loud from very early in the morning making imposible for me to sleep.
Beds uncomfortable!
The bathroom was dirty.
The toilet had a leak. The shower takes 10 min to get hot water.
Bad experience. Bad energy from the manager. I don't understand why he would treat the clients as if he is doing a favour to us when we are paying.
Don't recommend it!

Avg place, very nice location though. They could have made the place much better and cleaner
Pros:

Location, Calmness, Staff is helpful and polite.

Cons:

The room was smelling cigarette smoke. Mosquitoes also present. The bedsheet had a burnt hole.
