第一次住高樓層時體驗很好！沒有不滿意的地方，這次住低樓層出現幾處覺得要改善的部分。有向房務人員提出，態度都非常好，有提供完整說明！！！但硬體設備和標示的部分仍可以改善。

裝潢、擺設讓整體舒適度很高！

Cons:

1因冰箱系統設定突然斷電，導致冰進去的東西無法飲用，問了房務人員才知道要拍一下冰箱上的方型裝置。應可在冰箱上貼標示：自動斷電時的處理方式。
2熱水只有一種溫度，完全無法調節，導致水溫偏熱，洗得很不舒服。

床很好睡，周邊環境也不錯

Pros:

First time during my trip that the check in could be done without google translate - staff speaks solid English which is highly appreciated!
I liked the design if the room. Plenty of windows!

Cons:

I arrived around noon, but they would not let me access the room until the official check in time. More flexibility on this end would be great - especially if the room is ready already!
There was no water refill station :(
