Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying at Addis Ville Apartment Hotel for three nights and my experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The location is excellent, providing easy access to key bole areas while offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, clean and well maintained, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Tilahun, the manager, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. His professionalism, attentiveness and genuine care for guests made a remarkable difference during my stay.

I would also like to recognize the entire front desk team and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail were truly impressive.

Another great benefit was the complimentary airport pickup and drop-off service which made my arrival and departure smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Addis Ville Apartment Hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. The combination of a great location, spacious accommodations, excellent service and thoughtful amenities makes it a fantastic place to stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

أشكر جميع الطاقم وبالاخص الأخت سارة خدمتني في اشياء كثير طلبتها منها وكانت متجاوبه جدا اشكرها والفندق نظيف ومريح نفسيا وأنصح بالسكن فيه

Cons:

The room was pretty neglected. The road is a construction site. I had decided to leave and they refused to return the money for days after.
