Too much horses and camels in front in the building like stable parking for carriage it makes bad smell and too much noises all the nights
Was unclean with dust in room and toilet not cleaned properly. Only one light worked in the bathroom therefore it was too dark to see anything. Located in a congested area and not easy to find. Not like the photos shown. We didn't bother staying there, changed our clothes and left as it was so cheap.

Josef, who was the owner/manager was very helpful and spoke very good English. Ahmed and Mohammed were also amazing house keeping staff. Unfortunately they were let down by their two female colleagues, who were rude and abrupt to me. The final straw was when I offered them a tip as I left and they laughed and refused it, I think they wanted more money!!!! Very ungrateful. Josef was also let down by his drivers, who were either very early or very late but never on time; and with no communication. I was assisted with my luggage to my room on arrival, but not on leaving, when I hadn't been well it would have been very much appreciated.
Helpful staff, upgrade my room to triple bedroom to be more comfortable since we were family.
