De los peores alojamientos en los que he estado
Pros:

El alojamiento está cerca del punto de inicio para el trekking de chimpancés.

Cons:

Teníamos reservadas 5 habitaciones, y todas tenían algún problema con el agua. Agua caliente no había más que en dos habitaciones y salía marrón con restos sólidos por falta de mantenimiento, a pesar de dejar correr el agua durante más de 5 minutos. En otras no había agua ni en el lavabo, ni en la ducha ni en el váter. Hubo tormenta y una de las habitaciones se inundó por una gran gotera en el techo, por lo que quedó inutilizada pues todo el colchón estaba mojado. El resto de habitaciones vacías que tenían estaban en muy mal estado y ni nos las ofrecieron, por lo que una pareja tuvo que compartir habitación con una tercera persona y lo peor fue que, al pedir el reembolso por el incidente, nos dijeron que no. El desayuno
fue muy básico porque nos tenían apenas nada para ofrecer y lo único que podíamos comer: unas tostadas con mantequillas, la mantequilla tenía moho. Decepcionante a cada segundo. Llegamos al alojamiento pronto para poder descansar y madrugar para el trekking de chimpancés y con todos los incidentes no pudimos ni ducharnos ni descansar (pues nos fuimos a acostar a la una de la mañana tras hablar con el personal del alojamiento y sin que nadie nos diera ninguna solución ni respuesta).
Falta de mantenimiento absoluta, que no os engañen las fotos.

Great stay! I would love to come back once again.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful. Meals very good and big. Room nice and clean (a new one), perfect location close to Kibale Forest. During the evening our table was prepared between coffee plantation and the candle lights were all around. The only one thing it was a shower. Sometimes there was a problem with hot water so once we had to wait like 20 min before the shower was fixed.
