La vista dalla suite è semplicemente spettacolare e rappresenta sicuramente il vero punto di forza della struttura. Il panorama su Santorini è meraviglioso e, almeno sotto questo aspetto, rende speciale il soggiorno. Caterina, la proprietaria, è inoltre una persona simpatica, cordiale e disponibile, molto entusiasta dell’isola e pronta a dare consigli e informazioni.

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia della suite è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato. Ho trovato peli e capelli sotto il letto, pavimenti sporchi e molta polvere sui battiscopa e sotto i mobili. La cosa più spiacevole è stata trovare al mio arrivo la tazza del WC sporca di urina, problema che ho dovuto segnalare affinché venisse sistemato.

Anche la colazione mi ha deluso: scelta molto limitata e, a mio parere, non all’altezza del livello e del prezzo della struttura. Gli spazi in cui viene servita, così come alcune parti della struttura, mi sono sembrati piuttosto datati e poco curati. Inoltre, la reception era spesso vuota, anche se i proprietari erano generalmente reperibili presso il bar/ristorante di fronte.

Nel complesso, credo che una suite di questa fascia di prezzo dovrebbe garantire standard di pulizia, cura dei dettagli e servizi decisamente superiori.

Pros:

Frühstück wurde in kleinen Abständen direkt vom Hausherren serviert. Er fragte nach, was man wünschte und das passte auch von der Größe der Portion. Die Lage war sehr toll und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Aktivitäten.

The view

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, lots of black hair all over the floor of the room, surfaces and the chair from where someone had got ready.

The balcony wasn’t private and the safe was broken so didn’t feel comfortable using and that our belongings would be safe

Bed very uncomfortable, didn’t have breakfast as wasn’t open the time it stated so had to go else where. Overall very over priced and you are just paying for the view

Nice stay in Santorini
Pros:

The location was great overlooking the sea. Sunset view was amazing. The hotel manager was super helpful helping out to carry luggage, organizing taxi from port and to airport. There are very steep steps so without extra help it would be very difficult to get there. Taxi cannot get to the hotel as it is closed to cars.

Cons:

The hotel needs renovation especially bathrooms. Breakfast was very average.

Nice place overrated
Pros:

Absolute ripp off the restaurant which believe part of hotel as name name. An old man is the biggest crook. Killing the good location and kindness of everybody else.

Cons:

Wouldnt tepresent them if i were you. Lost trust in booking.com after this. This guy is the reapsn people stop trysting holidays.

Jeśli liczysz na wspaniałe widoki to jest to miejsce którego szukałeś. Jeśli liczysz na szczególne traktowanie wykwintna kuchnie to szukaj dalej.

Cons:

Nadszarpniete zębem czasu wyposażenie. Właściciel zapomniał o pogrzebie renowacji czy też remontu pokoi i wyposażenia na zewnątrz. Czas by nowy Właściciel z pasją zajął się tym hotelem. Starszy Pan musi odejść.

Cons:

Satın aldığımız şekilde bir oda verilmedi özel havuzlu yazıyordu fakat özel havuz yoktu. Mahremiyet sıfırdı. Aylar öncesinde uçağımızın iniş saatini bildirip erken giriş rica ettik ve kabul ettiler fakat gittiğimizde bizi tam 4 buçuk saat beklettiler. Odamız özel havuz olmadığını bildirdiğimiz halde bize size zaten erken giriş verdik diyerek başımıza kalktılar . İyi niyet ve anlayış sıfırdı. Asla önermem ve bir daha asla uğramayacağımız bir otel.
