The view from the apartment was amazing
What we didn't like was there was no privacy between the apartments, If I was getting changed next door would just walk past in front of our apartment and see in also when you are sitting outside the rooms next doors Jacuzzi was so close it was uncomfortable and noisy
The view was absolutely breathtaking; one of the best in Santorini! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the suite was clean and comfortable. The location is great, very close to the center of Fira.
It’s important to note that access involves a lot of stairs, so it’s not ideal if you have heavy or large suitcases. Breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety and freshness.

Świetny widok z balkonu, miła obsługa, pokój czysty i przestronny. W hotelu jest cicho pomimo lokalizacji praktycznie w samym centrum. Blisko do głównych atrakcji, restauracji i barów.
Fatalne dojście do hotelu z bagażem, trzeba przejść kilkaset metrów z walizkami po brukowanych uliczkach i schodach. Bardzo mylące zdjęcia w ofercie, sugerują oddzielne tarasy dla każdego pokoju. Tak nie jest. Jeden wspólny taras dla trzech pokoi, w jednym rogu basen, w drugim jacuzzi. Jak siedzisz na tarasie wieczorem to przy samym uchu masz parę w jacuzzi niczym nieoddzieloną od ciebie. Dodatkowo wejście do pokoi jest przez ten taras więc musisz mieć zasłonięte firanki żeby czuć się swobodnie a wtedy tracisz bajeczny widok za oknem. Śniadanie bardzo skromne zarówno jeśli chodzi o wybór jak i o ilość.
Très bon petit déjeuner fait par Mr. George qui est bien sympathique et en plus des cappuccino servi par Pablo le fils du proprio qui est toujours souriant...Le proprio Angelo bien gentil nous à reçu avec gentillesse...La femme de ménage souriante et professionnelle...Lit et chambre fait à la êrfection à tout les jours...Meri Aline et Serge..xoxx

Niente perché mi ha rovinato l’intera vacanza il personale e io sangue trovato nelle lenzuola e coperte di chi ha alloggiato prima di noi
⭐ 1/10 – Esperienza inaccettabile e deludente
Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata terribile e inaccettabile.
Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola e sulle coperte, una situazione igienica gravissima che nessun ospite dovrebbe mai trovarsi davanti.
Quando ho segnalato il problema, il personale si è mostrato aggressivo, maleducato e sgarbato, invece di scusarsi e risolvere la situazione. Mi sono sentito minacciato e ho preferito cambiare immediatamente hotel per mettere al sicuro la mia ragazza.
A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, la struttura ha poi negato completamente l’accaduto per evitare di riconoscere il rimborso, nonostante avessi già segnalato tutto anche a Booking.com.
Alla fine, oltre al danno anche la beffa: non ho usufruito nemmeno di due notti di pernottamento, ma non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso.
Un comportamento vergognoso, zero rispetto per i clienti e per le regole basilari di igiene e ospitalità.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura: un’esperienza che non auguro a nessuno.

Que está muy mal cuidado las albercas de afuera de los cuartos estaban viejas y sucias se va un huésped y no cambian el agua y se ve sucia

The property is located in the heart of Fira. Amazing location and the balcony overlooks the caldera which is the best view in Santorini in my opinion. We were fortunate to avail of the room with the pool (not jacuzzi) so we paid a bit extra to get this particular room. We did find the room itself is a bit outdated and we more or less paid for the view, pool and location. The pool itself was a bit dirty n particular the lining of the pool and was very dirty near the top of the water. We also encountered lots of dirt on the floor of the pool when we arrived which wasn’t the best. We brought this to the lady on the receptions attention and she seemed really unhappy. Similarly the pool man wasn’t happy that we brought this to their attention. Both were a bit rude in general so that wasn’t the nicest experience.
The staff managing the the reception and pool man were a bit rude. Outdated interiors, took ages to get the air con working (we eventually did - to no help of the staff), leaking pipes in the bathroom from the sink which cause water to run out the bottom on the floor. Dirt in the pool - lots of steps (to get to majority of restaurants)
