Pros:

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room making it difficult to sleep at night. The lift smells badly and did not function sometimes. The breakfast is very poor, only bread and egg are served all the time.

I recommend 👌
Pros:

The room and lobby areas were nice and clean.
Very kind and positive staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was not at the level of the standard. At least juce, Coffee, cereals and basic bakery is a minimum standard.
I gave got only one choice.

Pros:

nothing! Sherar used to be a fantastic hotel, but it is no longer so.

Cons:

Everything is broken, the hotel is old and has not been renovated, and the restaurant has no menu options.

Pros:

During my stay in August it was a very pleasant place to stay. Other then construction going on nearby.
Staff was very helpful.
Cleanliness was great.

My biggest concern was safety. But I felt safe walking in most places. And using hail rides was pretty safe and drivers get called if they wonder off the route.

Pros:

I checked in for 3 days. The room was dirty and the shower water was cold, so I checked out after the first day. When I asked for a refund for the next two days they said I had to go through Expedia. I asked for a receipt to prove I checked out and they said it was in the system, but they could not give me a paper receipt. I contacted Expedia for my refund and the hotel has been unresponsive to Expedia for over a week. I do not recommend, you will have poor conditions and never get your money back.
