Estaba cerca al centro y el restaurante bonito

Cons:

Se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en el lugar, incluyendo cuando alguien iba a los servicios. Las camas no estaban cómodas y el baño era muy pequeño. La habitación es muy diferente a sus fotos promocionales. Al final tuvimos que buscar otro hospedaje porque no íbamos a poder descansar si nos quedábamos

Un hotel con ambientes naturales y confortable
Pros:

Una estadía muy agradable y tranquila. El hotel por dentro tiene un ambiente natural con flora, ideal para descansar. Todo se encuentra en el primer piso, lo que lo hace cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado: llegar al centro de Moyobamba es rápido y sencillo.

El desayuno está incluid, es bueno y bien servido, con opción de desayuno americano o regional. Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy cuidado, especialmente en el tema de la limpieza y la protección para evitar el ingreso de mosquitos. En general, una experiencia cómoda

Quiero resaltar la amabilidad y buena disposición de su personal. En todo momento recibí un trato cordial, lo cual valoro mucho y sin duda es un punto fuerte del hotel.

Cons:

Durante mi estadía se presentaron algunos inconvenientes que afectaron la experiencia. Durante la noche se fue el servicio de agua y el hotel no contaba con un tanque de reserva, lo que nos impidió bañarnos, algo especialmente necesario considerando el clima de la selva. Asimismo, debido a la lluvia, el agua se filtró y cayó sobre una parte de la cama, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo.

Por otro lado, me sorprendió que las habitaciones no cuenten con un Smart TV, ya que, por el precio pagado, esperaba servicios acordes a un mejor estándar de calidad. En general, considero que la relación calidad-precio no refleja completamente lo que se ofrece actualmente.

Comparto estos comentarios con respeto y con el deseo de que puedan fortalecer su servicio, ya que el hotel tiene una buena ubicación y un personal muy atento, lo cual es una excelente base para mejorar.
