Après reclamation, l’hôtelier a indiqué le rachat récent et a consenti de réduire le prix de la chambre mais cela reste anormal dans un hôtel se disant de ce standing
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, and the room was spacious and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking sunset view, both from the room and the restaurant area – truly unforgettable.
Balius Mykonos is absolutely outstanding – a true 10/10 experience. The atmosphere blends elegance with vibrant island energy, making it perfect for both relaxation and celebration. Service is impeccable, with staff who are attentive and welcoming. A must-visit spot in Mykonos for unforgettable nights. Highly recommended!
La camera era moderna, ben arredata e di dimensioni adeguate. Ottima la vista mare.
L’assistenza è stata pessima: fin da subito la doccia era rotta e la porta finestra sul balcone si apriva male. Il personale ci ha rassicurato che avrebbero sistemato tutto, ma nei 3 giorni di permanenza nessuno è intervenuto.
La colazione era scarsa e di qualità mediocre. Il personale poco motivato. I servizi assolutamente nulli. Sulla scheda di Booking.com la struttura è 5 stelle ma nulla era a livello 5 stelle tranne il prezzo.
Prima di tutto c’è da dire, per correttezza che noi siamo abituati a soggiornare in resort o hotel 5 stelle. Questa struttura è in una posizione fantastica, ma per cura dei dettagli e servizi non è certo un 5 stelle. Innanzi tutto non è un hotel o un resort ma sono 12 suite con reception e zona colazioni, nulla più.
Detto questo:
Vista e posizione: 9 bellissima la vista dalla camera con la piscina privata. Ottima la posizione vicino al centro di Mykonos
Tramonto: 10 vista del tramonto fantastica da togliere il fiato
Piscina privata: 8 veramente bella la piscina privata anche se era un po’ sporca
Staff: 8 molto cordiale e gentile
Parcheggio privato: 10 presente ampio parcheggio privato
Colazione: 7 qualità molto alta però poca scelta e soprattutto ogni giorno le stesse cose.
Per concludere: struttura consigliatissima per coppie (non per famiglie)
Non sono presenti i servizi di un 5 stelle (non è un hotel e nemmeno un resort). Molto carenti i dettagli della camera (tante cose rotte o rovinate), non ottimale la pulizia.
Non è ottimale il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Good location, comfortable beds
Definitely not 5 star at all! The maintenance of property wasn’t upto scratch, plug hanging out the wall, bin rusty and missing foot pedal to open it, seat cushions in room marked and dirty, pool wasn’t clean
