Cons:

We have paid total amount 6 days before arrival. I did not have any saving when I arrive. Although I have paid full amount reception said me that paid amount is deposit and I will refund it to your account. I said that I do not have any money to pay second time. Receptionist made transaction with POS without my permission and pushed us to pay again. They have called police officer to get the payment. We borrowed money and paid second time for not losing time in police station and we do not know Chinese language and it made us feel uncomfortable. We have suffered a lot in this hotel. They said that they have not received any money but when we looked at POS it was obvious that they have received 246 usd on 24 march at 9:29 am. I kindly asked them to keep this amount and we do not need refund in this scenario. Still we have not received any refund.

訂房網上提供的都是翻修過後的照片，實際酒店給予低樓層的房間，全部都是尚未翻新過的，房間內的整潔很糟糕，有蟑螂、蒼蠅、使用過的牙刷，地板還有不明液體污漬，反應後前台隔天晚上幫我們換房型，新的房型設備有裝修過了，但床非常老舊，躺下去整個陷下去還會發出很大的聲響，廁所水龍頭水溫忽冷忽熱很嚴重

Номера очень просторные современные. Удобные кровати, душевая и гардеробная. Очень вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Ежедневно меняют все полотенца и тапочки.

Cons:

Нее хватает зеркал, в комнате и в гардеробной нет ни одного, только в санузле.
у китайцев принято курить в номере не закрывая двери, запах из их номеров напротив идет в твою комнату, кроме того, они в процессе шумно разговаривают и ты вынужден их слушать.
из уборки, только выносят мусор и чистят сантехнику. Не моют пол, не подметают и не пылесосят ковер до съезда постояльцев.
