La piscina estaba cerrada, había poca iluminación durante el día.

EL personal no parece haber sido capacitado en atención al cliente salvo dos recepcionistas. El resto no tiene idiea lo que es un huesped. El agua caliente no funcionó durante dos días en un hotel 3 estrellas, su solución fue que me cambiara de hotel. Respecto a la cancelación del servicio querian al ingreso el 100% sino debería pagar la multa de toda la reserva. Nunca en booking indica ello. No tiene restaurante, solo un espacio para el desayuno, lo unico rescatable del hotel. la piscina un asco, llena de heces de pajaros. NUNCA he estado en un hotel tan poco servicial 3 estrellas en Perú una verdadera lástima, total como lo pagas al ingreso no les interesa nada después, no lo recomiendo. Sólo 4 huespedes en toda mi estadía fue una señal que no pasa por alto
