cheating by hotel manager. they took double price from me for rooms even after online booking.

OYO has major dispute over pricing, hotel simply refused to honour OYO booking and asked for twice the money for the same booking. There is a legal case here for OYO for not honouring it's booking even after full payment.
Location was an advantage for me as I need to visit the KIMS hospital
But the washroom flash was broken and after telling the staff they said it like that....which is not acceptable .... as I was there for medical reasons and stressed out hence did not want to make an issue but ..... WORST SERVICE

One of the worst experience with this hotel and staff.I book this hotel 2 days back,once I reached to this hotel,they said it's full ,no seat available.I recomend don't book hotel using any application, just physically and find it.
