You could have more options for the special of the day at the pool
Bar. The food is excellent! The restaurant pricing is a bit high, if it was less , more people would dine there.

The rooms, specially the mattress needs renovation. It was not comfortable.
Very spacious rooms, kitchenette was very nice to have. They offer daily housekeeping which was great. We also utilized the laundry which was needed for us! Overall very clean property with helpful and friendly staff.
The dishwasher bottom rack was broken and rusty. The jacuzzi bath seemed dirty. No hot tub.
The property at the end of the hotel zone but not too far from the Airport. The beach is clean, the service is great and so is the staff. The breakfast buffet came in handy and the fresh juice was great but will clean you out.
The doors in your room make noise and crack a lot due to the wind but that was it and the drinks and food are a little on the high side

Guillermo the driver from airport to hotel.
No water bottle in the room and no coffee either.
No personalised care after chk in. No guidance from front desk on things to do in Cancun for evening or next day.
When extra cash for local charges/taxes are asked upfront at checkin, room service should at least visit once or the front desk should ask the guest.
El personal es realmente amable. Da gusto lo atentos y serviciales que son.
El sitio esta viejo y descuidado. Le hace falta de forma urgente una renovación. Además, ya no hay playa, he ido otros años y la playa era hermosa, ahora prácticamente no hay playa y lo poco que hay está llena de sargazo y no han hecho el más mínimo esfuerzo por limpiar.

It had a kitchen. Full size refrigerator, and coffee maker. Very Tiny closet.
The room smelled like mold. The bed and pillows were hard. No easy access parking. The only place to smoke was out front with no bench or shade. Very little beach area, and the beach was dirty. We paid through Booking.com. It stated the room was $52 usd per night, but we were charged $260, then charged another $268usd when arriving at the hotel for taxes and resort fees, then another $160 usd when checking out for additional taxes and housekeeping. Rip off. The cafe and restaurant we only open limited hours. Not happy with the place at all.
