Pros:

At first we didn't want to book in Wadi Rum but luckily we booked here. It's a great camp. The staff are friendly and the trips were very enjoyable. I recommend it to all my friends and we will definitely come again.

Pros:

Creative in dealing, arranging trips at a time that suits us. Also, do not struggle with transportation within Jordan. When booking, contact them. They will serve you in all of Jordan. Honestly, it is a fantastic place.

Mixed feelings about this
Pros:

The location, surroundings, and the view is very nice,
the tent is very aesthetic and equipped as described,
the jeep tour was a very pleasant and scenic experience.

Cons:

The price for the activity package (jeep tour, lunch, and pick-up/drop-off from the visitors center) was quite steep (as mentioned in other recent reviews) even considering that I have been a solo traveller. To be fair, it was communicated via booking message prior to arrival.
I have some doubts about the food safety - although tasty, after two days of eating there, on the departure day I got diarrhea lasting many days!
The A/C in the tent struggles to keep up with the sun/heat during the day, and Wi-Fi didn't work inside the tent (outside ok) - I wasn't even in the furthest tent far away from the reception.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, the room was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the activities were very enjoyable and at a very reasonable price. We took the package that was presented to us by the leader and we enjoyed every moment of the package. Thank you very much for everything.

Pros:

Not much to say. The sunset was beautiful.

Cons:

We got scammed. Definitely not luxury. We were told not to use our AC during day time even though it was really hot. The tent felt like a sauna. No water to drink and very little to wash yourself with. Also the AC did not work at all. It was more like a lazy fan.

there was no slippers or bathrobes, not to mention the SPA?! They advertise daily access to a spa which they do not have.

Also absolutely no soundproof walls. We could hear our neighbors and the workers next door.

The hoast gives you a "deal" for the safaris, no time to think and pressures you to pay immediately. We got ripped off and paid three times the local price for a safari.

The car was in a really bad condition and unsafe. Not once were there safetybelts to use. Also no water included to the 4 h safari in the desert.

The food tasted odd and was probably not kept cold (salad, hummus, dressing etc.)

You could feel the bed springs through the mattress, like nails.

We felt really let down by this experience.
