Ruby Luxury Suites

Ruby Luxuy Suites is an excellent place to stay in Chania. Beautifully appointed, modern, clean and comfortable with great little touches from our host Kostas. All the amenities were as specified, the location is just off the main road area so it is quieter yet 3 minutes walk to anywhere in the Old Town. Kostas showed us a suite, these were huge and looked great for next time. Highly recommend. Also suggest to arrange the pick-up through the hotel, its 12km to the airport and this makes your arrival seamless.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit, die hervorragende Lage und die sehr gute Ausstattung – gerade mit einem kleinen Kind war alles perfekt.

Jiannis und Costas waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben, wodurch unser Urlaub noch schöner wurde.

Das Reinigungspersonal war täglich im Zimmer und hat alles äußerst gründlich und ordentlich gereinigt. Besonders dankbar waren wir außerdem dafür, dass wir die Waschmaschine und den Trockner nutzen durften, was mit unserem Kind eine große Erleichterung war.

Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

L'appartamento era situato al 4 piano con ascensore moderno. Possibilità di parcheggio privata con telecamera.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo io il mio compagno e il nostro bimbo di quasi 2 anni.
Ci hanno messo a disposizione un lettino e un seggiolone ed è stato tutto perfetto.
Vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza dello staff, soprattutto le signore che si sono occupate delle pulizie quotidiane dell' appartamento, nella nostra situazione sono state davvero un lusso e una coccola per delle buone ferie.
Abbiamo ricevuto asciugamani, accappatoi e il necessario per il bagno con prodotti tradizionali di Abea che conosciamo bene come marchio cretese, con fragranze molto buone e fresche e ingredienti maggiormente naturali.
La cucina era equipaggiata di tutto il necessario e un grande frigorifero per conservare le pietanze.
Gli infissi erano ben insonorizzanti e nei due balconi si poteva stendere il bucato e nell' altro era accessoriato con poltroncine, divanetto e tavolino.
All arrivo abbiamo trovato un gentile pensiero, una bottiglia di vino, degli snack e una bel cesto di frutta.
Tutto ha funzionato bene.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξαιρετική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα και σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από τα βασικά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και προσεγμένο, με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Η διαθεσιμότητα χώρου στάθμευσης ήταν επίσης ένα πολύ μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα. Συνολικά, είχαμε μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δισταγμό.

Het appartement is werkelijk prachtig: stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het als een thuis weg van huis.
De ruimtes zijn ruim, licht en zeer comfortabel met veel aandacht voor detail in de inrichting.
De locatie is uitstekend en biedt een perfecte uitvalsbasis om het oude centrum van Chania en de Venetiaanse haven te bezoeken.
Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en overtrof onze verwachtingen.
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden dit appartement zonder enige twijfel aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort, kwaliteit en een ontspannen verblijf. We komen graag nog eens terug!
