Pros:

城島高原パークがすぐ近くで良かったです。
スタッフさんがみなさん日本人で、なんとなく安心感がありました。
宿泊客も外国人はごくわずかで、一泊しかしていませんが、静かに居心地よく過ごせました。

Cons:

城島高原ホテルに泊まれば、城島高原パークの入場料と乗り物パス両方とも無料(ホテル代に含まれる)のかと思っていたら、そう言う訳ではなく、私のただの勘違いでした。なので料金に関する説明をもう少し詳しく書いて欲しかったです。

三世代で来たいホテル
Pros:

家族旅行で宿泊したのですが、部屋の間取りがとても良く、部屋への行き来がしやすかった。
露天風呂もサウナもあり、満喫できました。
隣接している遊園地に時間的に行けなかったのですが、入場券が付いているのは嬉しいです。

Cons:

建物が古いせいなのか？洗面所の水道周りに黒カビがあったり、クロスが浮いていたりしていた。
サウナにバスタオルが敷いてありましたが、裸でそのまま座るので、何か敷いて座りたかったです。

お泊まりできて、由布岳みれて、遊園地で遊べて、楽しい旅でした！
Pros:

部屋は広くてお掃除もできてました
遊園地がすぐ隣でお得にチケットが手に入るところもよかった
お風呂も特別すごくはないけど、じゅうぶん良かった
あと、トランプとUNOかしてもらえて楽しめました

Cons:

ブュッフェはふつう。
夜のブュッフェはイマイチ。サイコロステーキは意外と美味しかったけど。
施設そのものが古いみたいで部屋付きのお風呂は古かった。使わなかったけど。
