What a great place, fantasic view, clean rooms, got the homely feeling being there, the star of the place is the owner Dimitres, he made us so welcome it was like coming home, we will 100% stay there if we are ever in sparta, absolutly fantastic experience.

Pros:

L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé, la vue du balcon sur les montagnes est très jolie, mais surtout vous rencontrerez un hôte absolument adorable et au petit soin, qui fait de très bons petits déjeuners, et qui veut vraiment que vous vous sentiez bien.

Pros:

The host conversational, engaging, informative and very helpful - including driving me (as a free service) to the Mystras World heritage site, and picking me up after I was finished. His personally cooked breakfasts were delightful.

une rencontre inoubliable
Pros:

Un appartement transformé en studios dans un quartier résidentiel: donc calme et repos.
Facilités de trouver une place pour garer la voiture dans le rue.
Le propriétaire est disponible, il parle le français (appris au Québec dans sa jeunesse): les échanges sont donc très instructifs. Il est propriétaire d'oliveraies et nous invite à une dégustation d'huiles d'olives et nous fait goûter ses diverses confitures: ne pas éviter donc le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'étage d'un appartement a été transformé en studios avec cuisine commune. Salle de bains également commune. Comme nous étions les seuls locataires nous n'avons pas été gênés par la présence d'autres résidents.

Dimitri ou un américain a Sparte !
Mais quelle personnalité !
Quel charisme !
Quelle gentillesse !
Et son hébergement est a son image iconoclaste foisonnant old fashioned ...il ne faut pas se fier à cette apparence un peu kitch ..tout fonctionne a merveille dans une sorte de pension de famille ou vous vous sentez a lasie très vite et l'hote y pourvoit .
Je suis repartie avec des conseils et un petit cadeau attentionné après un accueil au top (coupe de fruits et verre de rose....).
Vraiment je recommande ....un hébergement qui sort un peu des sentiers battus...

Good host.
Pros:

Dimitri was a food host. Breakfast prepared by his own hand was delicious. Most of the rooms do not have air conditioning but there is a balcony so doors can be left open to catch the breeze. Bathrooms are shared. Parking on the street was no problem. A good place for one night.

A fantastic host who wants to help you have your best stay
Pros:

Dmitri was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From providing information on must-see places in the area to sometimes offering a short ride, he helped me make the most of my stay. Having a balcony with a mountain view to enjoy was especially great in the morning! I enjoyed having kitchen access with adequate dishes (and paper towels - super handy but not always provided). A little larger shower would be nice, and you have to remember to turn on the water heater a bit in advance.
