Overall, it's good, but the staff at the front desk makes me angry. Because of some misunderstandings, he specially came to tell me that he was very angry and had a bad attitude. It affects my mood for travelling.

Wonderful Stay — Highly Recommended!

This hotel has given us the most perfect and unforgettable experience during our trip. The room is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and well maintained in every detail. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and breathtaking. Every morning and evening we enjoyed the beautiful scenery right from our room, which made our whole journey so relaxing and joyful.

The bed is incredibly comfortable with soft and high-quality bedding. After a long day of traveling and sightseeing, we always had a great restful sleep here. All the food in the restaurant is delicious, fresh, and well prepared with rich flavors. What impressed us the most is that the restaurant stays open until midnight. After we returned late from the desert tour exhausted, we were still able to enjoy warm and tasty meals. This service is extremely thoughtful and considerate.

We had an early check-out at 5:30 in the morning for our flight. Surprisingly, the hotel specially prepared a full and hearty breakfast for us in advance. It was such a warm and touching arrangement that we truly appreciated.

We would also like to praise the lovely restaurant staff. He always has a sunny smile, provides attentive service, and treats every guest with kindness and patience. The hotel owner is also very friendly, sincere, and responsible, making us feel very welcomed throughout our stay.

The hotel environment is gorgeous with colorful flowers and lush green plants everywhere. The whole place feels fresh, vibrant, and peaceful. Every corner is beautifully decorated and well cared for.

Overall, this is absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Clean rooms, amazing views, comfortable beds, delicious food, and heartwarming service. We highly recommend it to all travelers!

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen, speziell bei diesem Preis. Liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Siwa, aber kein großes Problem. Schreibe normal keine Bewertungen, hier wollte ich aber eine Ausnahme machen.

应该算是锡瓦环境最好的酒店之一，工作人员态度都很好，酒店公区很漂亮，早餐也不错。

Firstly, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room was very clean. One of the best stays in Egypt so far. The room was also really well maintained compared to other places we stayed in during our trip around Egypt.

Due to the low season, the hotel was not busy, which made the experience even more relaxing. The staff, including the cleaning team, were all very kind and friendly.

It was also my boyfriend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a cake, which we did not expect at all. The cake was amazing and delicious, and they even wrote his name on it. It’s this kind of attention to detail and customer service that you want from a hotel.

When booking, I saw many reviews mentioning that the hotel was far from the city, but that was not a problem for us because we had a driver. We were also looking for peace and quiet, and honestly, it’s not that far since Siwa is not very big.

Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we will definitely book again.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. The restaurant was very reasonably priced, and it was one of the cleanest hotels in Siwa.
I left my laptop at the hotel, and they quickly arranged a bus to bring it back to me.
