한국인이라면 꼭 보세요 개강추 !

대부분 시와 투어 패키지 내에 숙소가 포함되어있는데 에어컨이나 사진에 비해 쏘쏘한 후기들을 보고 따로 숙소를 잡자 하고 잡은 숙소입니다.

1. 룸 컨디션 최고
2024년도에 지어져서 쾌적합니다. 사진으로 보는거와 똑같습니다.
물 온도와 세기도 아주 짱짱합니다.
사진으로 설명이 충분한거 같아요.

2. 직원 서비스 최상!!!!!!!!!!!!
이 말을 꼭 하고 싶어 후기 남깁니다. 5성급 호탤 못지 않은 서비스입니다.
직원들 모두가 너무 너무 너무 친절하십니다. 영어를 못하시는 직원분들도 계시지만 이건 문제가 안됩니다.
웰컴 드링크 쥬스, 과일들도 준비해주시고 마지막날 일찍 체크아웃한다고 하니 아침 식사도 포장해주셨습니다(조식불포함이었습니다).
이외에도 과분한 서비스를 받아 다 적지 못해 아쉽습니다.

이 글을 보실 사장님이 직원에게 꼭 말 전달해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
식사주문 받아주시고 케찹 원없이 챙겨주신 레스토랑 아저씨께 감사합니다.

A Must-Read for Korean Travelers. Highly Recommended!

Most Siwa tour packages include accommodation, but after reading reviews about weak air conditioning and rooms looking different from the photos, we decided to book our own hotel instead.

1. Excellent Room Condition.
The building was completed in 2024, so it’s brand new, clean, and exactly like the photos.
The water pressure and temperature are both perfect.
The pictures speak for themselves.

2. Outstanding Staff Service.
I really want to emphasize this part. The service was comparable to a 5-star hotel.
Every staff member was incredibly kind, and even those who didn’t speak English well caused no inconvenience at all.
They prepared welcome drinks and fruits, and even packed breakfast for us when we checked out early, though breakfast wasn’t included.
We received so many thoughtful services that I can’t list them all here.

I sincerely hope the owner sees this and shares it with the staff.
Thank you to the restaurant staff who took our order and gave us plenty of ketchup.
Thank you to the gentleman who helped my husband prepare a small surprise for our wedding anniversary.
And thank you to the one who kindly packed breakfast for us in the morning.

시와에느 어느 곳에나 파리 천지입니다. 이건 감안하셔야합니다. 야외 식당에 낮에는 파리가 많지만 저녁에는 없어요.

Отличный отель! Выбрали по рекомендации знакомых и будем рекомендовать сами. Все очень понравилось, есть все необходимое и даже больше, очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки (хочется отметить пироги от шефа), так же есть возможность заказать ужин в номер, что очень удобно. Я думаю это один из лучших отелей в Сиве.

Electricity cut for 3 hours no air conditioner, the problem is that nobody give us any offer to compensate or any professional dealing with that issue . Hotel itself is good and clean but needs more professional management
