Good enough but no better than that.
Pros:

The hotel was fine but no more than that. Perhaps one should not hope/expect the staff to speak English but I would have hoped they’d try harder to help their guests.

Good but needs lot of improvement.
Pros:

1. Cleanliness is excellent.
2. Staff behaviour and services very nice.

Cons:

1. Soap, toothpaste etc. facilities are missing.
2. Hot water services for shower is frequently interrupted.
3. we have taken the two single bed but the chair is only one and they have no facilities for the restaurant so we have to take food inside room, in such case two chairs are needed.
4. They have to focus on some more small small things like cupboard one handle is broken and drawer handle is missing.
5. Wall clock is not working.
6. Ceiling fan has once started abnormal sounding.

I did not like anything about the hotel,

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation and we did not feel comfortable in any way.
The breakfast, the rooms even washroom was awkward.

Nice staff but my room was not clean and not equipped.
Pros:

The staff was nice enough when I made requests for a bath towel, a spoon and housekeeping service.

Cons:

I got flea bites from walking on the carpet- 14 bites around my ankles!
