Great Room, the shuttle to the mountain was easy and convenient

The location was further way than I anticipated from the actual town. The parking options were tricky because it was limited space.

Location not good.. try somewhere in the city
Pros:

It was clean and the rooms are ok.

Cons:

The location is bad. We knew that it was far from the town but it’s at the top of a hill and it’s not easy to walk. The only option at night is to take a cab (22 euro each way). Their shuttles are in the morning and in the afternoon and limited. The staff wasnt friendly, just doing their jobs. It’s hard to find someone at the reception even during the day. At night no chance.. well… try another option in the city if you can.

Hat gepasst, kommen aber nicht wieder
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und auch die Lage super! Preislich hat es gepasst, jedoch kamen bei der Anreise Kosten dazu mit denen wir so nicht gerechnet haben.

Cons:

Das dritte „Bett“, die Schlafcouch in dem Doppelzimmer wurde nochmal gleich berechnet, obwohl das Zimmer schon bezahlt war.
Parken kostet pro Nacht und pro Auto 15€, auch wenn man draußen parkt.

Miserabel und arrogantes Personal
Cons:

Unsere Buchung über booking.com wurde vom Hotel vergessen in ihr System einzutragen. Somit hatten wir kein Zimmer verfügbar und es war extremst umständich eine Ersatzunterkunft zu organisieren. Das Hotel kam uns auch 0 entgegen trotz ihres offensichtlichen Fehlers und der Service war dabei sehr arrogant. Unsere Freunde hatten zwar ihr Zimmer erhalten, jedoch entsprach es nicht wirklich den Bildern auf Booking.com. Insgesamt völli überteuertes Hotel ausserhalb Ischgls. Bucht hier bitte nicht!!

Pls avoid. Overbooked and sleept on couch.
Pros:

The shuttle service is great

Cons:

- Booked 2 rooms, only 1 was available. Had to sleep on couch.
- Rooms don't match pictures
- Owner unfriendly and not accommodating
- Parking is very expensive
- horrible money for value (compared to previous years in other hotels. Book early in Ischgl!)

Aanrader voor Ischgl fans die de drukte van het dorp willen vermijden
Pros:

Ontbijt is prima, goed verzorgd en in een gezellig ruimte. Kamer was ruim, modern en schoon . Locatie is aan de rand net buiten Ischgl, met de gratis hotelbus binnen 10 minuten bij de Silvretta skilift en te voet goed te doen in ca 15 minuten bij de Fimba skilift.

Cons:

Het extra moeten betalen om te parkeren was mij al vooraf bekend , dus dat viel niet echt tegen, bij veel hotels is dat tegenwoordig ook gebruikelijk. Het aantal parkeerplaatsen is echter beperkt waardoor er soms dubbel geparkeerd wordt wat het spontaan wegrijden wat lastiger maakt aangezien de receptie het wegrijden van de auto‘s dan moet regelen.
