Très bon séjour
Pros:

Établissement propre, très belle vue, chambre confortable et spacieuse. J’ai passé un très bon séjour, hôte gentil, serviable et au petit soins. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Encore un grand merci pour votre gentillesse

Absolutely not recommend!
Cons:

It’s a complete misunderstanding. We arrived to learn that our booked room with two beds was sold out to someone else. They had only one smaller room with one bed available and said that if we don’t like it then we can search for something else on the spot. That was ridiculous so we stayed with them, but in the end we didn’t even get any promised discount that we agreed on at the beginning.

Pros:

Roshan and Amali are beautiful ,warm , hospitable people.the house is so clean, the room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen to use. There is a lovely sitting area outside with a nice view.. I would 100% stay there again. I highly recommend this awesome homestay

Pros:

Madre e figlio davvero stupendi, disponibilissimi, dolcissimi, sorridenti e accoglienti, pronti ad aiutarti in qualunque modo.
Lontano dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con una scorciatoia che ti dicono loro, 15 minuti a piedi. Ristorante molto buono vicino sempre raggiungibile con una scorciatoia a piedi in pochi minuti.

Cons:

Da migliorare l’estetica della stanza e del bagno, ma comunque pulita.

Pros:

Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf (5 nachten) gehad in Roshan guesthouse. De kamer schoon en we kregen zelfs een grotere kamer, omdat we zo lang bleven. De hosts zijn erg vriendelijk en betrokken. Ze hadden goede tips voor restaurants en activiteiten. Als we nog eens naar Sri Lanka gaan, zouden we hier zeker weer verblijven!

Wonderful hospitality and a stunning view


We had a lovely stay here and felt very welcomed by the host, she is truly adorable and attentive. The property features a beautiful garden with a fantastic view. Everything was kept very clean and organized, especially the common areas.
​On the practical side, the Wi-Fi works perfectly,which was a nice change from other places we’ve stayed, and the key system for the room is very convenient and easy to use.

​There is some room for improvement regarding the rooms themselves: Sound travels quite easily between the walls, so you can hear some noise from neighboring guests. Our specific room didn't have a window yet as it seemed to be under construction, and the towels provided were a bit small. However, the overall cleanliness and the kindness of the host made it a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend it for the great atmosphere and views.

​Tips to improve

​ -Adding a small bench or luggage rack would make it much easier for travelers to organize their bags without having them on the floor.
​
-Installing a simple shower curtain or divider, along with providing a squeegee/floor dryer would prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet during showers.

​-If possible, adding some soft furnishings or basic soundproofing between rooms would help reduce the "rumor" of noise from other guests

וואו איך אני שמח שבחרתי להתארח פה!
רושאן ואשתו הם אנשים נפלאים וחמים שגרמו לי להרגיש בבית ומהר מאוד הרגשתי איתם כמו חבר ולא כאורח. רושאן טייל איתי, הראה לי מקומות מקסימים והיה הכי קשוב ונעים שאפשר לבקש :)
המיקום נפלא, נוף יפהייפה, רחוק מכל הרעש של מרכז העיר ועדיין מאוד נגיש.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה מאוד. אם אתם מטיילים בנורה אליה אני ממליץ לבוא לכאן.
כמטייל סולו הרגשתי שאני לא מטייל לבד למשך היומיים ששהיתי שם וזו היתה תחושה נהדרת.

Roshan, Amalia and Minoli were so nice and helpful.

Amalia cooked for our kids and made us food and amazing eggs for breakfast.

Its a very nice family homestay were we immediately felt like home, we extended our stay.

Pros:

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf bij Roshan en zijn vrouw. De vrouw van Roshan was heel erg verwelkomend en we kregen een perfecte kamer. We kregen allerlei tips voor de omgeving en ze hielpen ons met vervoer en onze was. Kortom: een aanrader, we hebben fijne dagen gehad!

Pros:

Deze guesthouse wordt gerund door de liefste mensen die we hier in Sri Lanka zijn tegengekomen. De kamers zijn schoon, de douche warm en het is gelegen op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum (via een klein paadje). Met tuktuk ben je in 10 min terug voor 200 rupees. De eigenaars zijn zo vriendelijk, behulpzaam en helpen je onbaatzuchtig met alles. Ook waren ze heel lief voor onze 4-jarige dochter met wie ze speelden. Ontbijt (tegen kleine vergoeding) was lekker! Ook leuke avonden in de woonkamer gehad met de hosts en andere gasten. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt en levendig klein centrum met veel restaurants en bars. Absolute aanrader voor een top-verblijf in Nuwara Eliya!

Eine super Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben uns sogar von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker.

Das Zimmer hat zwar kein Fenster, aber für eine Nacht ist das absolut in Ordnung. Ansonsten war alles sauber und ordentlich. Da es nachts ziemlich kalt wird, haben wir extra Decken bekommen, was wir sehr aufmerksam fanden.

Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern.
