Llegué a horario, no había nadie en el lobby. No llegué a a hacer el check in online porque no tenía señal y cuando llegué no tuve respuesta de nadie.
Cancele la reserva para poder tener un reembolso y no he recibido ni gun mail.

Altes aber sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ermöglichte eine sehr gute Erkundung der Umgebung und der Sächsischen Schweiz. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr nett. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war zwar sehr spartanisch, aber ausreichend. Das A-la-Carte-Essen im Restaurant war übrigens nicht nur preiswert, sondern überaus lecker.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig (vielleicht haben wir nur das falsche "erwischt"). Das Bad hatte - wie viele andere Hotels - nur eine kleine Ablage, so dass man die meisten für die Körperpflege benötigten Dinge im Zimmerschrank lagern musste. Das ständige daraus resultierende Hin- und Her-Gerenne bei der täglichen Körperpflege war schon sehr lästig.

Tische wurden 1 Woche nicht geputzt und essensreste lagen eine woche auf dem Boden, am Frühstückstisch wurden Brötchen für jeden abgezählt, 2 kleine Brötchen pro Person, so das die die lang geschlafen hatten, kein Frühstück hatten. Heizung ging abends aus ab 21 uhr und es wurde kalt, waren ganz oben und da hat es kalt durchs dach gezogen, das ich am nächsten tag krank aufwachte. Waren bei schnee und -10 crad dort

Pros:

Sehr gut rekonstruiertes
mittelalterliches und gemütliches, charmantes Haus. Gute Lage, geräumige Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen, freundliches, entgegenkommendes, nettes Personal! P am Haus.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück könnte es durchaus neben türkisch Kaffee auch Filterkaffee geben.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Ron, wir kommen wieder 😁
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war groß (3-Bettzimmer) und sauber. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Fernsehen kann man über Apps (2 deutsche Kanäle haben wir gefunden (ARD und ZDF)). Ein Restaurant im Hotel mit leckerem Speisen- und Getränkeangebot gibt es auch.

Cons:

Wir konnten bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen nichts Negatives feststellen.

Pros:

Alles, het is gewoon een mooi(gerestaureerd oud gebouw) hotel met restaurantfuncie. Schoon en netjes met voldoende faciliteiten en vriendelijk personeel. Niet overdreven, gewoon no nonsens.
