Great view from the rooftop terrace
Very hard to find
The facilities was new and good for the value of money
Water pumping was great , hair dryer, and clean towels
Welcoming with samples of tea and anise , water
The room size is perfect
The noise everywhere at the street early morning and the floor
There is no elevator, so you cannot go up to have breakfast every day at the sixth floor, and there is no breakfast service in the rooms.
The breakfast samples are small and not enough for one person
Everything. All staff members are brilliant from the porter to the reception team to the cleaning staff to the breakfast lady. They all were very welcoming, gave directions and advice and followed up on any issue raised or question asked..etc. 2 brilliant staff i must mention: Hussain and Tarek but the rest are wonderful as well. Tarek arranged my Giza Pyramids tour which was amazing. The view from the roof is spectacular. My room was brand new and the bathroom was 2nd to none.
The fact that I had to leave...
Great location very close to main entrance to Pyramids of Giza, plenty of local shops around, very dedicated staff, their hospitality above and beyond, nice breakfast and all this for very reasonable price. I would come back again.
Nothing
Very clean building, the bedroom was super confortable and the rooftop view was fantastic.
Loved having breakfast in from of the Pyramids.
The usual "trying to sale you tours for an insane prices" really did get on our nerves this time. We booked the Giza tour in the end... it was ok, but quite expensive for what we get from it. The tour guide was nice but lets be honest the quality of the informations was pretty poor and questionable... overall not worth the price we paid for it. I am usually a very positive and enthousiastic traveller in any situations but for once I have to admit I have been a bit disappointed. Another thing one morning the coffee was included in breakfast and the next you have to pay extra... just very frustrating to always have to argue stuff when you are just trying to enjoy your holidays.
Good location to visit the pyramids. The facilities are ok for what you pay.
Its a great location, near to Giza pyramids.
Nothing to say
The top roof, with amazing views to Pyramids
The location is very disappointing.
We were out all days, so if you just go to sleep that's fine,is comfortable.
Very nice and the staff is very respectful and Khaled helped me a lot in everything and Hassan too
