Globalement, l’expérience a été satisfaisante, malgré une légère réserve au sujet de la chambre.
Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et attentionné, en particulier Haithem, qui s’est montré d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement reçus avec un jus de bienvenue. La restauration est variée et savoureuse, et nous avons même droit à un goûter et à des boissons en soirée.

La plupart des animations se déroulent à l’amphithéâtre de l’hôtel, ce qui permet aux clients de profiter du calme et de se reposer tranquillement dans leurs chambres.

Cons:

Ce que j’ai moins apprécié, c’est la chambre, qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Les équipements étaient anciens et l’entretien laissait à désirer. Malgré une bonne climatisation, l’odeur d’humidité persistait et la connexion internet était de très mauvaise qualité.

J’ai pas apprécié mon voyage.
Pros:

Belle hôtel mais sans plus.

Cons:

Le personnel était médiocre et très impoli.
Mon mari et moi nous avons été mal accueillis du fait que nous sommes noirs.
Le traitement n'était pas le même pour les personnes blanches de peau, nous avons droit à des remarques et des regards malveillants.

Je ne recommande pas.

l'hygiène des locaux laisse à désirer, surtout le réfectoire.
Les toilettes de la chambre fessait un bruit monstre lorsqu'on tire la chasse d'eau, nous entendions même la chasse d'eau de nos voisins.

Un peu trop de bruit le matin et les femmes de ménage qui rentrent dans la chambre à 8h, parfois sans frapper, pour ramasser les serviettes

Wrong choice of this hotel! Old, broken, and noisy. Not worth it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The towels were old and worn out, the furniture was outdated, and the bathroom fixtures were broken. But the worst part was the lack of soundproofing - I could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Needs serious renovation and attention to guest comfort.

You are just a number
Pros:

- Swimming pool
- Location near the beach
- Restaurent

Cons:

- Staff not flexible, if you need something out of procedure you're can give up before starting
- Staff need to smile a bit more
- At arrival explaination are missing. They tells you to "let your luggages on the corner unpolitely" and fill bunch of sheets. The process need to be automatised. who wants to fill sheet during holyday?
- They provide you a colored bracelet so you are tagged like cows according to your subsription all-in, half pension, etc... It's the best way to sort customer by the content of their wallet et helps to give information about you to the other traders in the city.
- We suscribed to "demi-pension" which doesn't gives you the right to the "crêpe" at the afternoon but you can buy one for 10dt only (it's 3 times only of the normal local price for a crepe)
- It's so big and there is so many people that you fill like a number
- Everything is made to push you to stay inside the hotel
