Tämä oli viikon mittaisen lomani rentouttavin hetki
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja sain sovittua myöhäisemmän luovutuksen. Huone oli juuri sitä mitä odotinkin ja poreallas oli aivan huippu! Sijainti hyvä, lähellä palveluja ja linja-autoasemaa. Harkitsen ehdottomasti majoittumista uudelleen mikäli matkustan vielä Haniaan.

Posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto di Chania, hotel molto pulito e moderno, parcheggio disponibile a pagamento in fronte alla struttura.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

The location was perfect, the area was safe and clean and nearby the city center ( 10-15 mins walk). The staff was friendly and they helped us with renting the car. They even recommended us a beach with blue flag (the beach was very clean)

Repos, du repos et encore du repos !
Pros:

Franchement, un hôtel exceptionnel que ce soit tant du point de vue du confort, du service, de l’accueil chaleureux du personnel !
Tout était parfait, rien à dire très honnêtement ! Nous avons opté pour la suite junior, c’était super ! Nous étions deux mais la chambre pouvait accueillir 4 à 5 personnes !
La propreté des lieux est un point à soulever, chaque jour le ménage était soigneusement fait. Egalement de petites bouteilles d’eau et du café étaient mis à disposition dans la chambre, c’est un point vraiment positif !
Concernant le petit déjeuner, celui-ci était sympa, mélangeant sucré/salé.
En tout cas, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Uma estadia relaxante e memorável, com vista panorâmica, jacuzzi no rooftop e um ambiente acolhedor.
Pros:

Hotel impecavelmente limpo e muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos do centro. O jacuzzi no rooftop, com vista panorâmica sobre a cidade, foi o ponto alto da estadia — perfeito para relaxar ao final do dia. Pequeno-almoço delicioso e companhia simpática dos “amigos de quatro patas” que por lá vivem!

Pros:

The receptionists Christina and Galena were very helpful and informative. Both were excellent, as was Christina at the bar. Location is great, close to the old town but not on a noisy, busy street. The breakfasts are recommended. The room was very nice with a lovely balcony with a local view. We will stay here on our next trip to Chania.

Cons:

Nothing, we had a very enjoyable week.
