Loft unit - I like the idea.
Pros:

1. Location has great access to metro and to shopping centre, though the location is still not close to the town centre or airport.
2. Wifi and AC are good as they have one for each level of the loft unit.

Cons:

The staff had some unfamiliarity to deal with my visa card payment. Another thing can be improved is to have a room key return box for check out during unstaffed hours (e.g. early morning).

Cons:

Отсутствие СВЧ печи и посуды для приготовления еды. Возможно слишком крутая лестница на второй этаж

Cons:

Daily housekeeping does not include making of bed and cleaning the floor
Its a serviced apartment with kitchen appliances but without any utensils except cup only.
There is no mirror except 1 in the bathroom
The room smells of cigarettes daily

Not have card access to hotel (Security) need to talk with security guard every time to access the hotel that very uncomfortable

Not worth the money
Pros:

The duplex room space. The location near the canton fair.
Near shopping complex.

Cons:

1)The staff speaks only Chinese no English speaking staffs.
2)The Equipments: the washing machine, the ac remote all is written in chinese to it was very difficult to operate it.
3) Too many mosquitoes inside the room
4) It is an unfinished building so the lift interior was not finished
5) The last day there was maintenance work at the hotel reception so they closed the entrance and we had to go down at parking area to exit.
6) 95 euros / night is too much for this kind of accomodation

Overall, it was a good place to stay
Pros:

The location is about 20-25 minutes walking distance to the metro. It is safe as it is located in guarded private buildings (with a lot of security guards). They refill your room with free bottled water everyday. The room is clean. With free wifi. The staff will answer any question you have if you have WeChat app you can message them anytime and they will answer in an instant.

Cons:

A little too far from commercial establishments though (restos, etc), I prefer to have the restaurants to be just located at the ground floor or just outside the hotel. But you can walk a little bit farther (15-20 minutes) and reach a big mall and commercial buildings.

This hotel is conveniently located and has a particularly good environment. The rooms you stay in are spacious and well organized, with complete supporting facilities and convenient use. The price is also very affordable, very satisfied, recommended!
