Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Always willing to help with whatever you needed.

Cons:

initial room not as expected. Website misleading. Quickly rectified by staff but at an extra cost.

Pros:

The location is perfect, amazing view and easy access to the main area in Fira with plenty of food, shopping, and activities. The room was very nice and I would say worth the price.

Cons:

Getting help from staff was a cumbersome a couple times without a front desk to go to, but the messaging worked fine.

Un séjour parfait !
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement quelques pas du centre-ville, entouré de bars, de restaurants et de toutes les commodités. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres et très confortables. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’équipe : toujours souriante, attentionnée et aux petits soins. On sent sincèrement qu’ils ont à cœur de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !

Un Séjour parfait avec une vue sublime, un service impeccable et personnel attentionné.
Pros:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, en plein centre-ville, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Il offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et les couchers de soleil, un véritable spectacle chaque soir.

Le logement était propre, bien entretenu, et nous avions la chance de profiter d’un jacuzzi extérieur chauffé à 32°C, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Un moment de détente parfait face au coucher du soleil. La vue depuis le restaurant est également magnifique — sans aucun doute, cet hôtel est situé au meilleur emplacement de Santorin.
Si je devais revenir sur l’île, je choisirais sans hésiter le même hôtel.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié, avec des produits de grande qualité.

L’accueil et le service ont été irréprochables. Le personnel est attentif, disponible et d’une grande gentillesse.
Un grand merci à Panagiotis pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et pour avoir rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Merci également à la jolie Anna pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance — c’était chaque jour un plaisir de la revoir.
Et un grand merci à Polikseni, toujours soucieuse de notre confort, ainsi qu’à tout le reste du personnel, dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu les prénoms.

Cons:

Tout était parfait .
À titre personnel j’aurai aimé avoir des peignoirs à disposition dans la suite .

Panagiotis (the property manager) was exceptionally helpful as were all the staff…clean and quiet (slow season) the place scores a “12” on a scale of one to ten

L'hôtel est fabuleux ! L'emplacement est exceptionnel, avec une vue sur Fira à couper le souffle.
Le personnel est adorable, et les petits déjeuners divins !

Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff Eirini and all, were so kind and super professionals. Helped us in everything, from booking, to advice to arrangement etc. the breakfast was superb in all means.
highly recommended.

Cons:

I thought the bar in the room would have free drinks based on the fact that it is five stars and we paid a lot of money. Nothing is free in the bar and it is very expensive to use.

una perla nascosta, un hotel piccolo e molto carino!
Pros:

la colazione eccellente si puo' ordinare alla carte. Il buffet è migliorabile, ma il fatto di poter ordinare alla carte dal ristorante fa si che non ci sia bisogno del buffet.

Cons:

Il posto è molto rumoroso la sera perchè vi è musica dal vivo e un dj set . Se si desidera divertirsi fino a tarda sera è indicato. Forse migliorerei la pulizia del ristorante che chiude tardi e apre presto per le colazioni quindi non c'è tempo di fare pulizie approfondite dei tavoli e del pavimento.
