Needs communications and amenities improvements, but great location and value.
Pros:

The room itself is spacious and has a wonderful view and spacious balcony. The area is about a 20-minute walk from the centre which makes it nice and quiet during the day and night.

Cons:

Since this is listed as a private room in a hotel or apartment, I would expect simple things such as housekeeping coming and refreshing the soap dispensers and making sure there is shampoo. This did not happen for my entire three day of my stay. The kitchen has faulty light lamps that have not been fixed. The kitchen remains dark.

The check-in instructions are not accurate. The locations of keys need an update for the automated messages one gets when booking. When I messaged the properly about it, I got no reply at all. You just get automated messages for check-in and check-out. Would be great if the automated messages get updated according to the new locations of the keys. Also, since this is a self-check-in hotel, it is very important that someone replies to the messages through Booking.com messenger.

Das sozialschwache Gebäude in der sozialschwache Gehend. Wir waren besorgt, ausgeraubt zu werden. Keine Geschäfte in der Gegend. Wie im Slum!!! Nehmen Sie diese Unterkunft schnellstmöglich aus ihrem Angebot raus!!!

Não gostei de nada.. De nada...paguei o serviço, não usufrui de nada, além de todos transtornos monetários e de tempo, além dos psicológicos que tive. Não consegui ter acesso ao quarto, nem a contato com os funcionários, para resolução da situação, dando email de caixa desconhecida e contato telefónico inexistente

Pros:

We had a small accident with the keys at the check in but the staff was very responsive to solve it. The apartment is quiet and clean, close to the center thanks to the shortcut back to the tennis court. We were satisfied and I can recommend it.

Pros:

Prix attractif
Belle taille appartement et chambre

Cons:

Chambre avec arrmoire mais sans aucuns ceintres (volés ?) mais dont les portes coulissantes etaient sorties de leurs railsde porte manteau.

Seulement Un toilette dans la seule salle de bain (
car possibilité d'y avoir 8 personnes en même temps car 4 chambres de 2 lits.)

Lumière de la cuisine beaucoup trop faible pour y manger le soir !

Couverts insuffisants mais sûrement du aux vols...

Lieu excentré avec cohabitation un peu contesté par le voisinage qui y vit à l'année.

Access system sucks!
Pros:

The room was big and clean

Cons:

The access system is terrible!
I couldn't get into any of the links sent with the explanations, had to ask a resident in the area who pointed out the lock hidden behind a pipe across the road!
Really??!! 🤔
