Experiencia pésima. Las fotos publicadas en Booking no se correspondían en absoluto con la habitación que me encontré al llegar.
La limpieza dejaba muchísimo que desear. Las sábanas daban auténtico asco, ya que tenían bastantes manchas, y la colcha estaba en las mismas condiciones. El váter estaba mal limpiado, la ducha estaba sucia y llena de moho, los azulejos estaban sucios, el espejo tenía huellas por todas partes y, además, tanto la ducha como el lavabo perdían agua.
Las paredes y el techo tenían manchas que daban bastante asco, la lámpara también tenía moho y, en general, todo estaba en muy mal estado. El sillón estaba tan sucio que ni siquiera nos sentamos en él.
Las almohadas eran horribles: muy finas, se deformaban con facilidad y resultaban muy incómodas. Dormí fatal y me levanté con dolor de cuello los dos días que estuve allí.
Por si fuera poco, encontrar la llave parecía un auténtico escape room, ya que había que recogerla en otro edificio.
El barrio también estaba muy descuidado y transmitía sensación de inseguridad.
En resumen, encontrarme una habitación en estas condiciones me estropeó bastante el viaje, porque daba muchísimo asco estar allí.
Y, para rematar, fui víctima de una estafa: recibí un mensaje por WhatsApp de alguien que se hacía pasar por el alojamiento para que activara la tarjeta. Sin duda, han sido unas vacaciones inolvidables, aunque no precisamente por buenos motivos.

No phone service network coverage in the appartement

Since this is listed as a private room in a hotel or apartment, I would expect simple things such as housekeeping coming and refreshing the soap dispensers and making sure there is shampoo. This did not happen for my entire three day of my stay. The kitchen has faulty light lamps that have not been fixed. The kitchen remains dark.

The check-in instructions are not accurate. The locations of keys need an update for the automated messages one gets when booking. When I messaged the properly about it, I got no reply at all. You just get automated messages for check-in and check-out. Would be great if the automated messages get updated according to the new locations of the keys. Also, since this is a self-check-in hotel, it is very important that someone replies to the messages through Booking.com messenger.

Das sozialschwache Gebäude in der sozialschwache Gehend. Wir waren besorgt, ausgeraubt zu werden. Keine Geschäfte in der Gegend. Wie im Slum!!! Nehmen Sie diese Unterkunft schnellstmöglich aus ihrem Angebot raus!!!

Pues no encontraba el sitio y llamé al negocio y me dieron largas , por cierto no había ni gel de ducha , y olía fatal todo
