We’ve stayed here many times over the last 5 years and never complained but sadly, this time was disappointing.

Being in the Old Town, some noise from nearby restaurants is expected. However, the owner also runs the café downstairs, so you'd think they could manage the noise better.

The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. Wifi in the room no longer exists as previously stays, and we were told to connect to the café Weiss network downstairs — which doesn’t reach the top floor properly. Despite multiple messages and a call, they did nothing except say they’d “reset” the router.
After years of decent stays, it seems the service is no longer maintained. Some furniture is also worn and unfixed. If you need reliable internet or comfort, I can’t recommend this place anymore — we won’t be returning

No one at desk. No check-in instructions provided. Had to call the host. A tiny partial toilet roll was provided. Had to call host, who didn't respond as to whether more would be provided, so we had to go out and buy some. Room was stifling hot--AC didn't work well, and we couldn't turn down the radiator. After some angry comments by me to the host, she finally turned the radiator down. No closets, no drawers, one hanger, no where to put luggage except on the floor. Never saw a maid, although there was a fancy electronic "please clean room" option that didn't work. Ran out of soap, and fortunately saw an employee one time so could ask for more.

Der checkin funktionierte sehr mühsam: wie gebeten habe ich online eingecheckt. Ich habe nie eine Nachricht erhalten, dass um 8 Uhr Abends niemand vom Personal da ist. Auch keine Info zum self-checkin. Man muss vor Ort anrufen auf eine Nummer… sehr unpraktisch ohne Wlan und teuer.
Das Zimmer war nicht geheizt. Ich war im Oktober da, und es war kalt. Die Klimaanlage ging zwar an, heizen konnte man damit nicht. Selbst bei 30 Grad war die Luft, die rauskam, kalt. Das angegebene Wlan wurde nicht gefunden, also kein Wlan für 2 Tage. Habe dem Hotel geschrieben, bis heute nichts gehört. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt somit gab es auch keine neuen Badetücher. Das Wasser in der Dusche war nur am Tag 1 warm. Dann kam es nur kalt (ich habe 5 min gewartet, nichts hat sich getan). Personal habe ich während zwei Tagen keines gesehen. Die Rezeption war unbesetzt. Ganz ehrlich: nehmt lieber ein bisschen mehr Geld in die Hand und steigt im ARO Palace ab. Da sind sie freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The staff was never in the structure. I asked several times for the receipt, but they did not provide it. I asked for some coffee or normal tea, but they did not provide. They promised several times to satisfy my requests, but in the end, they provided me with nothing. The structure does not have any lift

Il sistema check-in è leggermente macchinoso se non si ha dimistichezza con app o con l'inglese. Se proprio devo aggiungere qualcos'altro giusto un appunto sui cuscini che sono davvero sottilissimi.
