When I arrived at 11 pm, the room was completely unmade, with dirty towels and a strong cigarette smell. They then contacted me and provided another room, which was bigger than the one advertised. It took them a little while, though, because they only respond via the booking app.

The place has a loud echo, and you can hear anything happening in the other rooms or on the staircase if someone is walking by.

There was also no kettle (only a coffee maker), but I used the microwave to heat up water. The internet was so unstable that it was impossible to watch YouTube videos or even send messages. So I used my own data.

The room was dirty and dusty, also the bathroom didn’t really look like it was cleaned and also there were some hair on the sheets :(

No me pusieron gel de ducha,ni shampo ,ni acondicionador,solo gel de manos con eso tuve que ducharme 3 días . Se escuchaba bastante ruido. La televisión no tenia para poner YouTube ni otra plataforma digital. La comunicación era complicada porque no saben bien español ni inglés . Y después del check out a las 11 am no me facilitaron ninguna posibilidad de dejar mi equipaje lo cual me complicó bastante y creo que se podía Justo en el primer piso de las habitaciones ya que había un espacio con puerta que quizás pudo haberme ayudado.

Due to the property construction/type, there is little to no soundproofing, so you can hear everything happening around the entire property. So, it is so important that people are considerate of others when staying here.

I was supposed to check in at 3 PM, but five minutes before I got a message that they had a problem and I couldn't check in. At 6 PM, I still haven't received the message to check in.
I finally booked a hotel, asked for free cancellation, and was denied.
Not only did I pay for the B&B or have to spend more money for the hotel.
They didn't send any apology messages, they preferred to keep the booking money. Never again.

The cleaning employers did an huge amount of noise on the morning while the guest were trying to sleep

We stayed in the "Triple Room" and did not have a good experience. It is very different from what is shown in the pictures. It seems the photos were taken when the property was new and may have been edited.

The main issue is the lack of privacy and sound insulation. You can hear everything in the building. Even low voices and small noises are clearly audible. We could hear people downstairs talking as if they were in our room, even when they weren’t speaking loudly. The same applies to the toilet and to guests staying upstairs. If other guests don’t go to bed early or decide to listen to music, you will not sleep well.

Before check-in, we had to wait a few minutes for the room cleaning to be completed. The towels were clean and the top bedding appeared clean, but the inner bedding and blanket were not.
