La localisation, bord de mer, le calme du quartier, la proximité avec le port et ses commerces.
L'attention du personnel très a l'écoute, souriant, soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour.
L'équipement de la chambre clim, frigo avec bouteille d'eau renouvelé quotidiennement, literie au top.

Cons:

La propreté du sol de la pergolas, machine à boisson chaude pas clean, beaucoup de petites choses qui donnent l'impression d'un entretien douteux, des équipements qui sont datés notamment wc et salles de bain.
L'insonorisation des parties communes et chambres est perfectible.
Un prix du petit déjeuner excessif, rien ne manque, mais les produits ne sont pas locaux, rien n'est fait maison à ce tarif le minimum serait un service à la table et pas un plateau façon cantine
