春節跟家人一起入住，換2次房間，第一次進房有化糞池味，換第二次房，長輩洗澡洗到一半浴室的蓮蓬頭整個掉下來，還好沒砸傷腳，跟服務人員反應，回答不知道會發生此情況，也沒有危機處理，這種飯店設備跟服務品質非常不好
