Friendly and helpful staff, good value for price, nice to have a kitchen in the room, good and safe location
The kitchen equipment was really basic so you cannot really cook. When we asked they were friendly and brought us more, but still very basic.
Es un hotel bonito, alternativo, está muy bien ubicado en chapinero y cerca a varios restaurantes, los recepcionistas muy amables, la terraza que me recomendaron para trabajar estaba bastante descuidada en limpieza y había mucho escándalo de la calle, pero las habitaciones cómodas, TV, ducha caliente y buenas almohadas.
El wifi regular tirando a mal y el aseo de la terraza.
Me confirmaron reserva para cuando llegué al Hotel no me permitieron ingresar y dijeron que no habia reserva luego de gastar en trasnportes un monton de dinero a las 12 de la noche en una ciudad como bogota, si no tienen la capacidad de atender las reservas desde la pagina pues no las brinden y ya, sencillo
