Cons:

Заселение не состоялось. Просто сказали что нет лицензии для заселения иностранцев и больше не стали разговаривать. Перешли на хинди и делали вид что не знают Английский. Хорошо что был день и мы нашли отель не далеко. Иностранцы не бронируйте!! Есть риск остаться на улице !!

great location / value for money
Pros:

location wise - 10/10 ..if you are attending any event in Phoenix Marketplace! walking distance .. plenty of eateries and restaurants around.
Room pretty large - bedding decent , bathroom basic but plentiful hot water so that is a big plus.
Would i stay here again .. yes if my programs were around that location its value for money.

Cons:

the only con was .. could have been cleaner .. floor slightly icky .. corridors .. guests leaving food containers outside and not cleared up. the Lift working but could do with a good scrub.

Very very poor experience.
Pros:

Only the location was good.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Toilet was not cleaned…water logging by the entrance of the toilet. shower head was filth and rusty. No food on-site. Not even a bottle of water was given.

Pros:

The location was perfect for the concert I was there to attend. Close to the metro station as well. Staff was courteous and helpful but they could only do so much.

Cons:

Dirty towels, pillow cases, wifi not working, stinky washroom and roaches in the washroom and the room as well.
