Staff were very polite

Cons:

The smell, had a dirty smell, whole property is dated , we booked 2 triple rooms, not enough towels or bathmats.
The whole place reeks of some dirty smell. Location is inconvenient and full of obstacles to get in.

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and amenities are good

Cons:

Not well maintained, cockroaches in bedroom and bathroom. they provided me room 220, but room doesn’t lock. While going to office informed manager and wanted it to resolve before my return because I left my valuable belongings in the room. But when I came back I see room was still not locked and manager didn’t care for anything
