Very good value for money
Pros:

The breakfast was great..simple put has everything needed for excellent breakfast

Cons:

The tv was not working also the water tap at the shower needed to be replaced...small space

Terrible!!
Pros:

There was very little food. I had to go and seek th cook myself whjo served me up miniman and VERY poor food! Therev was nio menu. I ask if I could have a drink and was told 'No!' The worst hotel have stayed in for many years!!!

place itself is old and requires full maintenance inside and out.

The only thing I liked was the staff; the people working there tried their best to help me, but the place itself is old.

Cons:

The hotel, first of all, does not resemble the photos at all — so what is its real location? There is a clear difference between the pictures and the actual place. Secondly, the hotel is very old and needs a complete renovation from the inside. No matter how many workers you bring or what cleaning tools you use, it will never look clean because the place is fundamentally old and worn out, and it is not worth the amount paid for it.

Additionally, the breakfast is extremely poor — very, very low quality — and it does not match the price that was paid

As i mentioned before Jordan is my second country and Orchid Hotel is my second home
Pros:

Nice & warm.. would like to mention that the staff were incredibly nice friendly and helpful would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Issa Hamad Chef Marwa Ayoub Kayed Mohamad Hussein and all staff. I felt i was home❤️ and would return definitely God willing

Ok after I asked to change the beginning
Pros:

The host and the personnel are nice and helpful

Cons:

The bedding was not clean. It was not changed and there are evidence of hair on the sheets and pillows.
