أفضل ما يميز الفندق هو موقعه الممتاز، حيث يسهل الوصول إلى العديد من الأماكن والخدمات.

حدثت مشكلة في حجزي عبر Booking فقد حجزت غرفة بسريرين بدل من سرير واحد، إلا أن أحد افراد الريسبشن تعاون معي وتم نقلي إلى غرفة أكبر دون طلب أي رسوم إضافية.

Cons:

للأسف، كانت بقية التجربة مخيبة للآمال. النظافة كانت دون المستوى المتوقع، وعندما أبلغت الإدارة بملاحظاتي، كان رد مديرة الفندق أن بإمكاني مغادرة الفندق إذا لم أكن راضية، وهو أسلوب غير مهني ولا يعكس احترامًا لآراء النزلاء أو حرصًا على تحسين الخدمة.

الإفطار كان عاديًا جدًا، ومن المستغرب عدم توفر القهوة، وهي من أبسط الأساسيات التي يتوقعها معظم الضيوف.

كما أن الفندق استضاف عدة حفلات زفاف خلال فترة إقامتي، مما تسبب بضوضاء مرتفعة استمرت لعدة أيام وأثرت على الراحة.

أما أكبر مشكلة واجهتها فكانت عدم توفر خدمة الإنترنت في غرفتي بشكل شبه كامل طوال فترة الإقامة. كنت متواجدة في عمّان خصيصًا لتقديم امتحان مهم، واعتمدت على الإنترنت للدراسة والاستعداد، وقد تقدمت بعدة شكاوى دون أن يتم حل المشكلة أو تقديم بديل مناسب. هذا الأمر أثر بشكل مباشر على دراستي واستعدادي للامتحان، وكان أكثر ما سبب لي الإحباط خلال الإقامة.

Cons:

1.النت سيئ.
2.الحمام لا يوجد شاور، كان عبارة عن بانيو بدون سدادة.. يعني يستحم بالبانيو و انت واقف.
3.اتصلت على قناني ماء ساعة 11 بالليل و لم يتم جلبها لي لغاية ثاني يوم.
4. الطاقم جيد بالتعامل و بالاخص مديرة الفندق ساعدتني بأستبدال الغرفة و كانت تتواصل للمتابعة.
ارجو من الإدارة متابعة الملاحظات لتحسين الخدمات في الفندق.
