La atención de la Sra. Emma, excelente, muy atenta y servicial. Nos encantó la piscina y el ambiente colonial.

Excellent place to stay in Utica
Pros:

The willingness from the owner to offer an excellent service. She and her team went above and beyond supporting my wife when she felt bad one day after a food poisoning. There are good breakfast options, and we enjoyed it everyday. The pool was fantastic for the kids and we could relax playing board games and having a drink right next to it.

Cons:

Rooms need more ventilation. The humidity get trapped into the rooms not allowing towels and other wet clothes to dry. Places to put stuff like a table or something similar would be helpful to keep the place tidy. Also a mirror outside the bathroom can help and reduce the need multiple people needing to use the bathroom at the same time.

Pros:

Location, confortable. Good service. Coffee and warm bread in the AM.

Cons:

No AC, no parking, no breakfast but i should have read better.
