Pros:

位置不错 直接打车到楼下 有电梯 是民宿来的 有3间房 但我们去那晚好像是只有我们住了 是公共浴室洗手间 没有任何水渍 干净整洁

Cons:

屋子里的门没有门牌号码 房东说我们的房子是没锁的 我们不知道哪一间 只能一间一间试 半夜到的 万一有人住就很担心被骂

The furniture it’s good and organized well but always you need before going there to confirm all details so no considered a fraud on the written words at booking .com , I been booked on private room and bathroom which all terms and conditions was clearly mentioned that no sharing or some one have to stay at the flat with me or else which that the flat only for you . , and this the reason they mentioned on policy that payment with no refund. And later they telling you it’s mentioned that someone can come or if you need you can pay more that the agreed payment that no one can come which was not acceptable at all with me . Only the good person which I communicate with her in the Egypt was very nice and this the person in need to respect with a very kindness and good attitude

Missing description details at booking .com bathrooms not privately which other ppl enter the house and having copy of house keys

Bed making squeaky noises. Also we read comments on the property if it’s walkable and it said it was but not. So we had to take a taxi that costs $20 like 15 mins ride.

Fantastic host, available and kind…
Pros:

Everything about this place was perfect, a beautiful, well-located home near the airport. It felt homey, was nicely furnished, had a comfortable bed, a huge bathroom, and was in a safe neighborhood.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Good property and clean close to the airport we asked for early check in and they approved. Communicated well with us as we were checking out same day on our way out of Egypt.

Convenient room 3 km from the airport
Pros:

The bed was confortable and the suite I had really good. They relocated me after a booking mistake.
The person managing the rooms answered quickly by message even though I did not see this person. He is very polite nevertheless, and tries to be available.
I left to the airport in the middle of the night and had no one to give the keys to, but they texted me beforehand to let the keys on the counter.

Cons:

It was a stressful interaction as everyone texted solely. The woman welcoming me at the appartment does not speak english, she tries to be helpful to the best of her ability. I think they should try a translation app.
After registration, I went out, but I had no key to the entrance door of the building. A random person walking in the street actually had the keys and opened for me. I did not know where to ring at the intercom. Then, the key to the complex of appartments does not work. Maybe because somebody else let its keys in the lock ? anyway it was frustrating.
My blanket was dirty, with stains of various colors on it and I notified it really quickly. Somebody came to change it, maybe 5 hours later, when I was sleeping already. I wanted to sleep before taking the plane at 4am. It was frustrating to be awakened for something I notified early enough.
Overall, I don't feel scammed at all but staying there was a very "dry" experience. I think it is suitable to sleep a little bit before taking the plane but I would not have stayed there for a whole stay in Cairo.
There is a margin for improvement.

Perfect apartment.
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was super convenient, just 10 minutes from the airport. The house was spacious and the kitchen had everything I needed. Even the toilet had a washing machine and washing liquid, hot water also! The living room had a massive TV, maybe 65 inches, perfect for relaxing and watching movies. And the best part, The Masjid was right next door! I wish I had more time to enjoy the place.
