Old, dirty and noisy place
Pros:

The part is a washing machine. Hot warter in the shower, comunication with rent agency.

The positive thing was that there is a place nearby where storks nest and a horse grazes there :)

And I did not find any cockroaches and hopefully in the mattres was not bedbug.

Cons:

Walls like paper, you can hear every movement and word of your neighbors. Mold on the bathroom walls. Smell and dirt in the fridge. Dirt in the oven.

The kitchen cabinets and overall were not cleaned at all. Of course, it's an old dirt, not just the responsibility of the flatmates.

No smoking on the balcony. Noisy street, cars are coming all day. Mattress old and crawled through, bed frame moving. Under the beds not cleaned.

The door to the shared balcony is not possible to lock and is not part of the curtain.

Check in is online they ask for photos of both sides of your ID.

Pros:

Tout ce dont on a besoin comme équipement est présent. Situation très bien pour nous même si excentrée car très proche des transports en commun et des magasins. Bonne literie ce qui est un plus.

Localização muito boa! Lugar tranquilo e organizado.

Cons:

O cheiro de cigarro na casa, mas de resto muito bom.
Infelizmente algumas pessoas não seguem as regras.

Pros:

No contaba con desayuno. La cerradura de la puerta de la habitación, un desastre.

Cons:

Los servicios del baño, bastante que desear. Los secadores de cabello, quemados. la mampara se me cayo encima y no paso nada porque estuve rápida de reflejos. Les hice el comentario el primer día que llegue y nunca me contestaron.
