We enjoyed our stay. The property has a good view to the lake, comfy rooms and dining hall. They had outdoor activities - zip lining, swing - and linked us up to a guide who took us on a boat tour.
The food wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Let this not stop you though!
Breakfast was splendid
Pick up from the ferry was smooth, free and easily organized. Friendly driver.
The room I got was not clean, stains in the sheets, toilet was not clean.
Second roomer was cleaner, though not spotless
I had to call reception a total of 5 times for issues (1. Not clean room, 2. No hot water, 3. Airconditioning plug does not fit socket, 4. Wifi not working, 5. Airoconditioning not working).
And although all issues were eventually resolved, I still didn’t get the room with a bath or coffe/tea amenities I reserved and paid for.
No discount given for the inconvenience. You have to pay cash, they don’t have change and urge you to go to the bank (10 mins walk) to get the exact amount, making it entirely your problem instead of theirs.
Had a reservation for two nights, but moved out after the first night and that was a good decision.
