It was alright

Placement inside of Chania. Not too many tourists

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The internet didn’t work in our room, one of the lamps was broken, and although the hotel claimed the rooms were soundproof, we could clearly hear our neighbors as if they were in the same room. The guests upstairs were stomping and moving furniture early every morning, which made it hard to relax. The pool area was rarely available as all the sunbeds were reserved, even when nobody was using them. Housekeeping was inconsistent – several times they simply left a new towel without properly cleaning the room. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Un séjour magnifique.
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre et très bien tenu, bien situé avec un parking proche. Les commerces et les restaurants sont également a proximité. L'ambiance y est chaleureuse et familiale, le personnel est sympathique serviable et très accueillant, avec une mention toute particulière pour Kostas le gérant qui a su rendre notre séjour exceptionnel grâce a sa générosité et son dévouement. Merci ! Nous reviendrons !
