Breakfast was good but not much to choose from.
We were got by their sales team to buy their Vacation club. Not really a fan of that kind of approach too pricy for what it is. The access to the hotel needs improvement. We arrived and the room had two cockroaches walking around, the TV system was not working when we arrived. Room service only available until 2300. And they forbid to bring your own food. No minibar available, the device was there but empty. The door to the room was gripped so you need to push it very strong (room 105). To oprn and close. Lights were flickering. Bedroom did not have curtains, just the blackouts. Ammenities at the hotel were good the beach is nice, food service at the beach awesome. No drinks served on sunday!

I was during the week no entertainment. They it is only in the weekend it supposed to have everyday only one restaurant only one pool and hard to get in there. No sign from the main road to the hotel

It's not very clean, and I need more attention to details in terms of cleaning and maintenance
If you book through booking for 4 people 1 room that has 1 bed + 1 sofa bed, they try to get money for the sheets for the sofa bed. never ever in my life heard such thing and they take your time repeating the same weird manner.
Food and drinks were good, very good in fact. Best part of the hotel by far. The waiting staff and bartenders were accommodating and friendly. Pool was nice and they had bonfires at night.
Oh my god where do i begin. For context i have been to many hotels in about 12 different countries. This is ranked as close to the lowest. First off i have never experienced a more incompetent, lackadaisical reception team. I say team cuz there was usually 2-3 people at the front desk. First off u only recieve one key which would not have been a huge problem if you did not also need it to keep the lights on in the room. We asked for another and went back to the room. Both keys now no longer worked. This was at 10 at night. After an hour of frustration we finally were able to get into our room . The same night i went out to have drinks while my wife slept. I come back and the door is broken again. Again i walk to the front desk and wait. Maintenance comes again and asks me to test out the door. I turn the handle and it comes off the door. I cant help but laugh. This problem happened the next day as well. Im pissed as i payed for the most expensive room the bungalow. On the 3rd day we asked for a taxi for reception and had to wait 2 hours due to sheer incompetence. Apparently they order a taxi, the driver cancels after 45 min and they dont tell us. They just occasionally look at us. After we complain they order another. Ridiculous ! Like what if there is an emergency do we just die?! Anyway those are the most glaring things. Others include the obvious disrepair of the room. Bungalows have a sitting room with no AC and no tv while the bedroom does. Peeling paint and exposed wiring everywhere. 2 bottles of water given at beginning of stay and no other time. Garbage not cleaned from room. I paid 520 usd for 3 nights in this room and its worth half that at best

There was no electricity in the hotel, I discovered that the hotel withdrew the money twice from my account ( I have the proof in my bank account).
Please kindly ask them to review their accounts and immediately return back the money. The staff is very incompetent. I recommend you to consider to withdraw this hotel from the list of booking.
Nothing about the infrastructures, was terrible since the day we arrived. Only liked the staff, they were polite and friendly
I made a huge list of compleins. This is not a 5 stars hotel, porly maintained and low quality breakfast. Very disappointed, we expected a very nice relaxing place to rest and we felt deceived. So expensive for what they offer.
