Pros:

Gleich bei der Begrüßung wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Alle wichtigen Informationen haben sie auf kleinen Kärtchen für die Kunden zusammengeschrieben und alle waren samt überaus freundlich. Es war sehr sauber und man hat sehr gut schlafen können. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und der Service war hervorragend. Alles in allem war es ein Wochenende, welches nicht besser hätte sein können. Gerne empfehle ich dieses Hotel von Herzen weiter und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Pros:

Mooie kamer met balkon. Fijne en lekkere keuken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, niets is te veel. De Silveretta premium pas is een pluspunt om het dal te verkennen.

Cons:

Jammer dat een 4 sterren hotel geen mini bar heeft op de kamer.

המלון משופץ ומשדר איכות ויוקרה. החדר מחולק בצורה טובה הכולל גם פינות ישיבה מפוזרות.
הצוות מאוד מסביר פנים, חיובי ובעל רצון גדול לעזור בכל בקשה.
המיקום מצויין - דקה הליכה מהסופר המקומי ומהרכבל של העייריה.
גולת הכותרת של המלון - האוכל. ארוחות הבוקר עם מגוון איכותי של מרכיבים וחומרים וכן ניתן להזמין חביתות מושקעות מהשף.
ארוחות הערב הן חוויה של ממש - תפריט יומי משתנה, עם בחירה בין 2-3 סוגי מנות עיקריות. האוכל איכותי ומוקפד וההגשה מעולה.

Cons:

הכניסה למקום מהכביש הראשי אינה נגישה עם המזוודות ויש להרימן מספר מדרגות.
הכריות היו מאוד רכות ונדרשנו ל 2-3 כריות על מנת להרגיש בנוח בשינה.
העלות של המים בארוחת הערב גבוהה.
